Languages take a lot of practice, listening and speaking. Since he mentioned in his other videos that he's a private tutor and does this on his spare time too, that gives him a lot of opportunities to practice. He has a passion for it. Can't completely blame the Vietnamese guy. Moses is using really (overly) formal terms and rushes his pronunciation (for many of his languages) to where people get confused and answer in English. The Americanized Vietnamese dude likely didn't grow up speaking that way. It's also kind of presumptuous / borderline disingenuous of Moses to interact with people in hopes of forcing a language out of them that might not be natural.

I am native Russian speaker, well he has impressive skill. He makes some mistakes in which cases to use, and sometimes sounds like he literally translates English words into Russian. But jeez to learn language himself to this level is super cool. Especially, given that Russian has different writing system

@docman-ih1in3 жыл бұрын
The cyrillic is NOT the problem in russian , that took me 3 days I think , it's the cases, the stressed o and the unstressed one , and the verbal aspects perfective and imperfective oh and then of course remembering which gender and matching the nouns and adjectives. if you master that then you need to worry about pronunciation of letters changing dependent on stress or sometimes meaning . and THEN after 20 years russian becomes ok to learn я понимаю и говорю по русский язикь, Азбука не проблема или грамматика кошмар!!!
