The deadwire dragon's breath patch was actually a bigger bug. Up until that fix, since launch, anytime deadwire proc'd you could HOLD not throw, but hold your lethal equipment out and it would apply the effect to all electrified enemies. So if you had infinite lethals basically. I don't know why they blame the dragon's breath mod for the bug, but it wasn't about ruining the ability to make an op build.

They just posted something talking about “Adding Legacy Token to BO6”. You can activate the tokens in WZ, and they’ll carry over to BO6. The reason they took them away was due to “stability issues” the tokens could cause. But good news, they have seen many people are upset and are looking for a way to “fix” it and bring the tokens into the base game without the “stability issues”

They need to make war zone its own separate game with its own leaving system ect and then have a normal call of duty release watch year like normal so the out 2xp only doing double xp weekends and stuff like they used to do people can experience prestige properly and war zone people don’t have to deal with a completely diffrent levelling system every year and can have their stats carry over as apose to pretty much having a soft reset on war zone every year

they need to fix the hud, i need to change to a different hud preset every single time i load into a match because my score feed and medals are bugged and don't show. It's not because of a setting i've changed, every single time a match begins my hud is bugged. So that's cool. On top of that though, if i wanna go play zombies i have to switch off of target tracker to a hud that actually makes sense for zombies. Hud presets shouldn't be the same for every mode.

Treyarch doesn't really. They'be done a pretty good job. It's Activisiom holding them back like IW. I'm certain most shit changes and shitty things are forced to be put into the game by Activision and they propably control what kind of maps they have to make for mp etc. Infinity ward is as bad as Activision. Treyarch and sledgehammer should be the only ones making cod. They would put out masterpiece cod titles if given the freedom to control everything and given all the time they need

The ONLY reason they have it set up to where you can login to WarZone and start your tokens then play BO6 is purely for Shareholders. Hear me out. What’s something that is most important when it comes to shareholders and video games? Growth in said video game. Now, us having to LOGIN to WarZone basically give Treyarch/Activision (more so the ladder than the former) a stat saying more new players LOGGED IN during season 1, 2, 3, onward. It’s all about stats. They want to show that there’s a growth in WarZone since it does seem to be what they push on shareholders on financial calls. They can put the XP tokens in the game, as shown by the fuckup on treyarch’s end. But they are specifically designing it to be the way it is to inflate stats and nothing else. Scummy tactic if you ask me…

what pissed me off was old vault editions came with xp tokens included, i thought the ones i had was those tokens as i had paid for the vault edition, add to that i had cherry picked the BP ones and im quite sure that i lost way more than i had in MW3, i had also paid for the endeavour pack which helps us and uk veterans which also came with 1 hour of weapon and 1 hour of level xp, maybe im wrong but when i came back i had zero 1 hour tokens but when i left the game i had 3 and i know for a fact i had used ALL my 1 hour level tokens before black ops came out as i had used them all to get to level 500.

I really hope they actually listened because I haven't played Call of Duty since Modern Warfare 2019 I came across your Channel and I was like okay Black Ops 6 looks kind of cool so I got into it. This is the first time I've actually liked and been good at zombies I haven't played a single game of multiplayer yet and I'm already prestige 1 ranked 48. None of these issues have affected me yet but it does frustrate me because it's other people it's affecting. Normally I'm a Grand Theft Auto Online player, I haven't touched Grand Theft Auto since this game came out. Technically I'm not old enough to be playing this just yet I'm only 16 but it's really frustrating because as soon as they do something that messes with stuff that I'm doing just normal stuff I'm going to just switch back to GTA. I'm a part of the sick kids organization and they got me an Xbox the only two games that play is Black Ops and Grand Theft Auto. My family can't afford to waste money on all these games that's why I'm glad it's on Game Pass. I'm not allowed to go outside there's no one else to really interact with in the hospital so like this is all I've got. They really need to listen to the player base more. I haven't even played with another person so this other stuff doesn't really affect me too much but I still agree with everything that's being said. If somebody else was in my shoes you say they played like the rest of you guys and some of that stuff got taken away I would be angry.

I’m BEYOND convinced that Infinity Ward made these maps, they don’t have that Treyarch style at all. I grew a sense of comfort with Black Ops maps up to Cold War but since 6 came out, i’ve only really gotten that same comfort with Nuketown, Vorkuta & Skyline. The Face-Off maps feel right but every other map just feels like Modern Warfare. Since when did so many Black Ops maps have THIS many doors? 😭

Separate from my original comment this is probably why it requires an internet connection to play. You would be able to play without any of the updates, at least on console. You just turn your internet connection off and then you play it without internet and then when you reconnect everything carries back over.

They really should've just left it the way it was. They were all about surprises this year, the early drops from beta up to season 1 and the massive content being added. They could've just said hey you know what, were giving them to you in warzone and you might as well be able to use them in MP even though it wasnt ever apart of the plan. Weve broken records this year with BO6 and so to say thank you; enjoy your XP tokens!! But nooooooo!! Its makes zero sense. Like you I was okay with them not coming because I had made peace with it but the bug did us dirty and it hurts a little!

I think it could potentially be a mistake. They added these "legacy tokens" by mistake to BO6, meaning to put them in only Warzone. Now having to activate it through Warzone then them being active in BO6 seems like a mistake in the code somehow. Of course I don't work at Treyarch so I have no idea if they did it intentionally or not I just want my tokens man

My guess is they realise that Warzone is huge step backwards and are trying to ensure despite this the show numbers have not fallen too much. Have a perk only available through one area, people will go there to access it. Warzone is sluggish, the scale is off, the sound is a joke somehow they have managed to make the graphics worse.

Bundles so they can dish out more 2x XP, servers "favoring" players due to netcode, switching to WZ to pop a token back to multi/zombies lags for a solid minute that I wouldn't be surprised if switching applications rapidly it will freeze. I think throughout MWII (2022) and MWIII (2023), Activision dished out a ton of Double XP events. To the point that I saved up over 100 tokens for BO6, it's a little ridiculous you have to switch applications just to pop your tokens. I wouldn't even mind if these legacy tokens get nerfed to 50% XP boost. I'm just trying to get rid of them so I keep up with these unemployment players.

I havent played cod in 4 years, i dont have any double xp, and everyone who does earned them in a system where it didnt matter as much. Theres prestige now. I dont feel like the tokens should carry over. But lets say you bought 100 monster cans and are still using that 2xp. Thats your money and you deserve to use what you pay for. Idk.
