I call bullshit on the Paradoom killing her, the house has pulled itself together after exploding and you're telling me some goon managed to kill her. Heck she's magic for all you know she just pulled herself together and nobody on Darkseid's side cared about the House of Mystery. Although the House probably exists in all Universes even the ones outside the major comics universes. The House could exist in the main Prime-Earth continuity, the New-Earth continuity and all others, but also universes that would normally be outside the characters' perceptions.

The same reason lady shiva was shot in the head by a rando, Zatanna was taken down by a big bug and the other non sensical deaths in the movie. DC wanted this to be dramatic so they killed batman with a piano falling from the sky. They created great characters and groups only to kill them all in most cheapest, uninteresting way posible.
