I've never really like Blackberrys. I thought there was a lack of a proper apps marketplace, I thought that having a £500 phone with no autofocus was really a huge letdown, and I thought they were overpriced but this model looks amazing and it gives good value for money even for a Blackberry!

blackberry still kicks ass the one thing that bkackberry has that no one else has is originality i love the memopad for the keyboard to write rhymes ....... shouts out to research in motion who is forced into the touchscreen era in order to stay relevant..... love you guys

People say BBs are really crap. I have a BB bold and im gonna get this phone next month. To be fair i have an ipod touch 4 and i love having a keypad instead of touchscreen on a phone. If i didnt have an ipod touch id go for an iphone or android. So it depends what people like

@xLivexxLaughx the 9780 is an older device while this curve is a newer one. This curve is definitely better than the 9780 and 9700 bold because it has better specs. It's faster, has more RAM and memory. Currently, i think this is the lowest-end device among all the newly released blackberry phones.

Wow i cant believe people are still buying older BB like 9300 and 9780. Do your homework people!! The new models all have OS 7 ,liquid graphics, BB finally has a great web browser!!! Dont be so cheap !!! fork out for these guys!! they are worth it!! One more thing, why aren't the stores telling consumers about the newer models?

@s3abdeen I've been using the 9780 for 4 months and still love it. I think with either you'll be fine. If you like super light weight and thin go for the 9360 plus it has the latest os7... However the 9780 has a more premium feel and weight. Not too skinny, feels great in hand with textured leather back. Awesome keyboard. Very nice. The only other BB Id trade my 9780 for would be a 9790 not 9360.
