​@@justinkuche9971 Ich glaub' nicht. Das Seil was das Gegengewicht mit der Tafel verbindet oben über eine kleine Rolle in der Schiene wird bei jedem Hoch- und Runterfahren gebogen. Da es aus Metall ist (meist Stahl) gibt es irgendwann nach, auch wenn es normalerweise getauscht wird, lange bevor es so weit ist. Und die Tafel hielt oben an, also ist sie wahrscheinlich mit ein bisschen Schwung (den der Lehrer ihr gegeben hat) oben angestoßen und ganz bisschen ins Seil gefallen, was das alte Seil zum reißen gebracht hat. Als dann plötzlich das Seil auf der anderen Seite die ganze Tafel halten musste, ist auch das gerissen und die (durch die kurzzeitig einseitige Halterung durch das übrige Seil) schiefe Tafel runtergefallen. Weil sie schief war hat sie sich zum Glück verkantet bevor sie aufschlug, weshalb der Lehrer seine Hand noch hat und die Schule noch ihren Boden.

It is not. It's very cheap for Germans and students from EU countries. At my university 164€ per semester (6 months). If you are not from the EU you have to pay 164€ + 1500€. If you are German and you and your parents can't afford for you to study (especially if you have to pay rent) then you can get bafög from which you can pay the 164€. Bafög is at max 700€ I think. And you have to pay back a maximum of 10000€. So one could argue that it is free for some, it is definitely not free for all students.
