you cant chain block circle with the spellcaster link because the link monsters effect is manditory and circle is optional. the order for trigger effects are: 1.turn player manditory 2.opponent manditory 3.turn player optional triggers 4.opponent optional triggers

I think fists of the unrivaled tenyi is a better trap than solemn judgement. if your opponent pops the card you get a blue eyes ultimate dragon on your field. if they don't the trap card is a bit similar to judgment but doesn't stop summons but you don't pay cost to activate tenyi. you can still combo off the card with circle to stop a summon anways.

Thanks for the deck profile! Gave me some ideas! I tried using Dark Sacrifice and I felt it didn't do all that much for me. Often time it wasn't triggered or it was a dead draw in my hand. If you use it mainly for searching out Magician's Rod, I can suggest just going with Foolish Burial instead. It's a Spell card so it's faster than a Trap that you can dump either Magician's Rod OR a Dark Magician to the GY for use (or whatever other monster etc). Also FYI, the combo you talked about where you play Magician's Circle and then chain Reckless Greed to then see FIVE cards from the top of the deck is incorrect, you don't get to look at five cards, you draw 2, then your Magician's Circle activates to let you still only view 3 cards to choose from.

The way he describes it in the video it's like you are getting to activate the reveal 3 cards effect from Magician's Circle and because you are chaining a Reckless Greed to it that you can then have a 5 card pool to sort through cards you get to actually view to choose for the effect of Magician's Circle and that isn't the case. Whether or not he meant for it to be interpreted as that way or not, my point is that it can easily get lost in translation.

Why you didnt play 3x magician of dark illusion in your Deck? He becomes also Dark Magician as long he is on the Field. You can special-summon him when you activate a Spell / Trapp in your Opponents Turn = Banish one Card on the Field In your turn aktivate a spell and he can revive dark magician from the grave = banish one card on field 😉

In this case try to use 3x Pot of Desires, because is also a plus 1 (+1), in therms of card advantage, also you don't have to waste your normal summon like you would with the spellbook engine. In the DM deck you just play a lot of 3 of them things, so it's not a bad ideia at all.

@@azaizer chill, they're new cards, they did cuck us on imperms though, with no tin reprint, but there are more reprints of it coming, & it got early reprints even if they were short they brought the price dow for ayone who really needed them, extravagence there is no reason to expect a reprint of till next autumn, any we get before that's a bonus

It's a very interesting card, since you can also search Dark Sacrifice with it, to protect your backrow and you could just tech Eradicator Epidemic Virus too, since is very powerful against some meta decks like Sky Striker and Altergeist. All those cards (Trap Trick, Eradicator and Dark Sacrifice) are viable options in the DM deck.

Eye of Timaeus is still pretty good but some prefer to run Super Polymerization over it instead cause it's more meta and less situational than Eye of Timaeus. Until Eye becomes searchable in some way, it won't be a staple to some in the deck. Although I personally like it since you can summon Dark Magician the Dragon Knight to protect your Eternal Soul better etc. and it also gives you access to Dark Paladin too and the Dark Magician Girl fusion card if you play her as well because of the new Palladium Oracle Mana monster.

@@SamyTee I tried Dark Sacrifice myself and didn't find it to my liking. It's still a good card though, I'd say at the end of the day it's more of a personal preference. I think I overall preferred to just use Foolish Burial instead. Not only can you send a Magician's Rod to the GY to get access to it but you can also dump a Dark Magician to summon it back with Eternal Soul (or Palladium Oracle Mana, etc). There are times you might have Eternal Soul but no Dark Magician in hand so Foolish Burial is just another card that gives you access to getting to one you can use. Try out both and see what you like more. As for what you should get rid of, I don't know your deck setup so I couldn't really say lol

He's actually wrong as stated by renenicholls below. Daniel is referring to summoning a DM and chaining-blocking Circle (1) and Day-Breaker (2) together so Ogre can't stop the banish because Day-Breaker is last in chain. However Circle's second effect is optional, thus Day-Breaker resolves first (1) and priority is given to opponent (to Ogre or not), then returned to Circle (2) then to opponent (to Ogre or not). This would work if both effects were mandatory.

Christos Eglezos you can chain to circles activation to see 5 cards deep, you can stack and if you like it chain to navigation to grab before you shuffle

you activate circle, chain reckless greed: you draw 2, then you see 3 cards from circle and add 1 dm card. this way you dig 5 cards from your deck. You can either do this for information digging or if you have the whole dm combo already in hand you can do the opposite, activate circle, proceed with its eff, add 1 dm card then stack up the potential solemns and draw them with reckless greed. Its very spicy.

Judgement's condition is: If a monster would summoned. It doesn't specify exactly one monster, and it requires the summon to be an attempted inherent, which pendulum summons are, as they aren't an effect causing a summon. Simple as that
