Blackpool is even more beautiful at night especially with the city all lit up and everyone is having fun walking around and enjoying the wonderful city of Blackpool, seeing the North Pier at night was really awesome as well as Madame Tussauds and the Sealife Centre, Holmfirth in Yorkshire maybe but until next time thank you.☕👋🇬🇧

Blackpool Illuminations used to be unique, but with every city now putting a lot into their Christmas illuminations, Blackpool doesn’t feel that special anymore. Still looks amazing though, bathed in neon lights and lasers

I think the tower looks brilliant and those giant sea creature things are cool, but I don't mean to be rude, over all, it looked quite bland compared to previous illuminations I went to,as a kid, they were awsome.. There where so many different themes on the lights..

they aren't even close to how they used to be anymore, huge gaps where more lights could go and pretty much the same ones all the way down and they are very dull and bland too, and the huge tableaux are pretty short these days too, quite a lot of the lights were broke when i visited as well. It's a sad sign of them not being able to afford it anymore, years ago the whole promenade was lit up, to people who unluckily never got to see that this may look spectacular but it's not really when compared to how it used to be. If you look at videos from the 90's or early 2000's, the difference is night and day. I really hope they can sort this out eventually but it seems to get worse each year

Huge ones, with animated characters and so on...and the trams were transformed too...I remember a tram looking like a rocket, another like a boat. We were transfixed. 😊 Probably say there's not enough money these days. Great video though, thanks very much. ❤

People say Skegness is dirty. Blackpool is worse. Where are the bins to prevent all that litter? It's disgusting! I know it was a big event but that's no excuse 😢

A huge event had literally just happened It was all totally clear and totally immaculately spotless ten minutes after filming!

@@GimbalWalkTV I know, but why do people have to drop litter at these things? It gives the place a bad name. We've noticed in your videos that there's a correlation between the number of bins and the amount of litter.

@@lynsouthern3042 I was right in the middle of the crowd. People had drinks, bags of sweets etc but there were no bins at all to put them in. (nor any toilets - I was dying for the loo!)

To be fair there were no bins at all - none! People were stood there from around 3pm to 9:30pm for the event with nowhere to put their litter Thankfully ten minutes after I'd filmed this one the whole place was immaculately clean thanks to a team of cleaners and their cleaning machines!
