@Remington Longshaft Tony Martin was AWESOME! But... in the Tony Martin era (or should I say: Tony Iommi era) Black Sabbath wasn't so heavy as the Ozzy and Dio era. With Tony Martin, everything was more like a little bit of Hair Metal mixed with Power Metal. Fans actually missed the good old days, and after the failure of the Forbidden album, Iommy got the original band together for the Reunion Tour which was a total success. After that, fans wanted Black Sabbath to be what it was back in the 70's.

doesn't matter who was singing iommi is sabbath the singer is just there
@comaster24 жыл бұрын
@@MetalMe55iah It’s true! Iommy was the heart of Black Sabbath, just like Eddie Van Halen in Van Halen and not David Lee Roth. But if we are ONLY going to talk about the Sabbath’s singers I definitely would say that Ozzy was the best, then Dio, then Martin, I didn’t like Ian Gillan and Glenn Hughes too much.

Not to mention the fact that Ozzy got in his right mind and decided to want a successful career. Not gonna get into the who is better - Ozzy or Dio debate here. They were both great in their own right, vastly different stylistically, but great nonetheless. I had the privilege to see the Dio fronted Sabbath in Lakeland FL. circa 1982 or so. They put on a memorable show. A few months before or after Sabbath, I had tickets to see Ozzy in Orlando. Unfortunately Randy Rhoads met his tragic end, and of course Ozzy cancelled. They got someone, Pat Travers or Robin Trower, I don't remember to fill in, but it was hands down the single most somber concert I ever attended. Conversely I had tickets to see Clapton in Biloxi MS just 5 days after SRV died in Alpine Valley. We were so apprehensive that EC would cancel, but the show went on. Clapton did not say a word about SRV. He just let his guitar mourn, and Lord did it ever. It was quite a memorable and cathartic performance.

For ALL have sinned and fallen short of God's glory. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 1. Admit you are a sinner. 2. Just simply 😍 believe in your heart ❤️ that Jesus Christ is your Savior for your sins. *If you do, you will go to heaven.

Check your bible. Jesus the One true Lord has 1 plan for salvation and it's in this order and is non-negotiable. Acts 2:38
@small_fries757311 ай бұрын
@@deputy1968 We don't need to repent of our sins to be saved. Salvation is a ONE-TIME EVENT. You cannot keep being saved and unsaved repeatedly. Jn 3:16 Acts 16:30-31 (what must I do to be SAVED?) Romans 10:9 Galatians 3 Jonah 3:10 Hebrew 10:26 Romans 5:18 Titus 3:5-6 Repentance of sin is a type of work that's done actively. Jonah 3:10. And God saw their WORKS; THAT THEY TURNED FROM THEIR EVIL WAY; Titus 3:5-6 NOT BY WORKS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS (REPENT OF SINS) which we have done, BUT ACCORDING TO HIS MERCY HE SAVED US by the washing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior; That being JUSTIFIED BY HIS GRACE, we should be heirs according to the hope of eternal life. ALSO We cannot turn from all our sins which means that we still have unrepented sins. That makes any churchgoers guilty when they think they need to repent of their sins to be saved from condemnation. That's why God's sacrifice 🙏, burial, and resurrection is the one & only narrow path to be saved. He did all the work. Humans just need to believe in His work on the calvary. God bless. List where Jesus Christ says exactly the these words, "repent of your sins to be saved." Nowhere is it found in the Bible. If we need to repent of our sins to be saved, then Jesus didn't need to die for our sins. Repent means change of mind.
