Your crepes were so perfect!! I’m mystified by how to use the wooden dowel tool. I’m with you Coren (did I misspell?!), seems best to leave that to the expert. :-) I think I’d rather be responsible for the berries, anyway. YUM!!

LOL. As I watch this video, I remember it did take Jim a few tries until he got the dowel part perfected.

Thanks. The dowel works magic but takes some practice. The trick is no lumps in the batter and cleaning the dowel between each crepe
