Thank you! Im already going on a month since i bought a Blackstone and so many other videos don’t do it step by step, they just fly through it. It’s due to self doubt that i need step by step instructions. Also why i haven’t gotten the propane tank either. One huge thing i was iffy about is cranking it on high heat. Yeah they’re meant to handle the heat but again due to my self doubt and being skeptical, after so many videos i saw, one said not to crank it high at the start cause then it’ll warp the griddle. You went straight for it but you let it cool down. Every other video they just go at it non stop not letting the griddle cool down.
