I want to point some things out about this grill that may not be readilly noticeable... Keep in mind these grills are spec'd out the the chain store you buy it from, theres slight feature diffences from store to store. This one is the walmart model. Its about $80-$100 more than other blackstones from other sources and theres reasons why. I just purchased and built this very same griddle and theres some very specific reasons why i paid the extra money for this grill and they are, 1st this grill has the reinforced X-braced hood. Not all blackstones have that feature, it prevents hood warping. 2nd notice the casters, it comes with 360° rotating castors on ALL 4 LEGS. my pitboss smoker has the straight wheels and what a PIA it is to move it.. This grill you can spin it totally around in its own width and the castors are good ones. I looked at several variants of this 36 at different stores. and bang for the buck, i thought this gave the best value. And again all the simlar models from bj's home depot, lowes etc didnt have this one very important feature.. Trust me youll be thankfull for those castors on all 4 legs.. Tips; I would recomend the following, , only the 2 screws that hold the handle on have locktight on them from the factory, I used loctite on all the screws except the knob bolts. Screws back out because of temp changes in the metal. It only takes a second to put a drop on the screws, if you dont have loctite, head to the old ladys makeup table and poach a bottle of nail polish, you only need a lil and she'll never miss the few drops, and it does the same thing as loctite.. And lastly the castors are screw in, they also level the unit, You dont need a wrench to run these in, just run the nut down close the the wheel then hold your thumb in the center under the wheel and they'll spin right in.. Oh and one other thing, this unit does not have the huge bottle hanger under the heat controll knobs like other models BUT after looking at those models, common sense won out with me, unless your using small bottles, the bottles are going to be in the way of controlling the knobs

Didn't realize griddle is part of the stand. Question: How hard would it be to roll this over what passes for dirt, grass? Small yard, so we need to store against fence, then haul out into the yard. The legs stiff enough?
@OurCabinInThewoods5 ай бұрын
@markraciborski4289 it moves fine on concrete. Going over dirt and grass, you will need two people to move it safely. Thanks for watching. Good luck
