Nate, looks great. I do something kinda of similar, not as fresh, however quite good. I know this is a stretch but I am asking you what you think might punch it up even more. Here is what I am doing: My ingredients are either and English muffin or Everything bagel; Vital choice Lox, Costco smoked salmon dip & spread and egg cooked on a grill for a kind of Lox McMuffin. What might be your number one or two additions be to bring it up a level? For instance, I am liking a little Franks hot on it and also a bit of shredded cheese. Respond or not... no worries and thanks for posting this.

Those are ALL great ideas. My only suggestion would be to never let any flavor over power the smoked salmon. A stunning bit of smoked salmon is the star of this dish
