It takes 2 to tango. That’s not “blaming women,” that’s taking responsibility for your own deliberate actions. The woman who engaged in the consensual affair is an adult, yet I’m positive she’ll face no professional consequences. If women truly want “Equal Rights” then they need to pay the price EQUAL to the price men pay for the same infraction.

What this video missed are the comments Steven A made that prompted Malika to respond the way she did. All people deserve respect in the workplace and all people should be held responsible in a fair and appropriate way. Now way of knowing if that's what happened here, maybe not everyone involved were given fair or equal consequences, we may never know, do we have a right to know, would it be better business if that information was public?

Both indivuduals should be suspended. Equal punishment for equal infraction. I bet if was a consensual homosexual encounter both will have been suspended. Women who commit infractions are not above the law. The Celtics have behaved badly by isolating one individual. This was not called sexual harrassment. So why shield the second party. Always a angry woman trying to attack men even when clearly the man isn’t the only one that has a relationship by himself Stephen A is just saying why did you put the black man business out there when plenty of other kinds of men do this all the time with other kinds of women who made grown up decisions who cares who you date if they work with you who cares if it’s against the rules they could’ve handled this being close doors instead of ruining 2 families I feel that

Huh? It’s a debate show entirely predicated on Stephen A coming at people like that. Just because most of the debates are manufactured hot takes doesn’t mean he’s immune. She came at him, and he acquitted himself very well. Have you watched the show? Not sure where the idea she had “no right” comes into play. Other than Stephen A doesn’t like it when it ventures outside of the pro wrestling type scripted exchanges. Then he always goes to some variation of “this is my show, how dare you.” Fact is, this was a rare honest exchange. She was clearly triggered on the issue and vented, he responded very well, and made a better point as a result. Isn’t that the point of debate?

The most important thing, that both of these commentators continue to mention, that seems to be missing in your commentary, is that not all the facts are available and so it is very difficult to comment. But of course, that never stops anybody. As far as I’m concerned, the head coach is the head coach and deserves ultimate accountability. Having intimate relations with someone that you work with is one of the least wise things a person can do. Although many of us do it.
