You're right about that. Even though he is a Christian, most of his songs are not Christian songs. He did sing some songs with Christian artists like Tobymac (song Til the Day I Die), Britt Nicole and Flame (song Start Over). God's will for NF was to write songs (maybe not all of them) as a form of healing from what happened to him as a child. The Lord blessed him with his music and with success but He doesn't give fame to his children. That's something that I learned from Him not too long ago. God should be the One to be glorified.

Listen to the lyrics and verses of his songs. He likes being the outcast. That all he’s ever known. His parents weren’t the best people and as his black balloons symbolize he has a lot of burdens. He carries his issues and demons with him and then writes when he is mad or lost. He is a very low key kind of person. He also gets overwhelmed when people start saying he’s the reason they are alive. Like before his shows he’s said multiple times that his anxiety gets high. That’s why he want to be relevant but not if he isn’t supposed to be. He doesn’t expect everyone to respect it, as he’s said in one of his songs.

As a student of musical production, there is always pitch correction or some digital correction to audio to make it sound better, which is fine, even some of the best singers have it in case their voice quivers too much or they don't quite hit the right note. They'll even record the song a few times and take the best clips from each recording and splice them together. The auto tune that is usually hated on is super heavily altered audio, when it sounds robotic and unnatural.

the reason he isn’t popular is because he goes out of his way to avoid doing interviews, features, or promoting his music. I know you’re just a kid, but you obviously don’t know much about the state of rap today. there are many rappers that don’t talk about those topics often and are still popular. and there are also a lot rappers who constantly talk about those topics and are better in NF in many aspects

I came across NF by accident, kept seeing "Leave Me Alone" on my recommended list, watched, listened and now my NF playlist is 30+ and growing. I can't tolerate rap on any level but Nate does something different for me, I want to learn the lyrics, write "raps". the REAL brand is one I'm proud to wear.

The thing about NF is, he doesn’t put out music for others, he does it for himself and share it cuz there are people who can relate to his music. Also he doesn’t do it for fame either he talks about his own life, difficulties happiness or whatever he is feeling at that moment and rap about it and tries to figure out stuff, If he was then he would pop out albums after albums and talk about whatever he can. That’s why he doesn’t collab as much as other artists cuz other artists can’t write about his life. I do think album 4 will be very important for him and his music as he is slowly getting recognition and a lot of people discovering him and rec4 will expose people of his type of music.

His lyrical content is opposite and different from mainstream rap. That’s what separates him most.
@frank5480
@frank5480 4 жыл бұрын
honestly that’s totally wrong. you’re literally saying that what separates NF the most from other rappers is that he’s lyrical and mainstream rappers aren’t lyrical. lyricism is the most typical and ordinary thing to see in rap. just because you don’t hear it on the radio or from more popular rappers doesn’t mean that it’s strange or unusual.

@Amauria Denmark NF is an artist who sings from the heart. Billie Eilliesh is a attention seeker cuz she didn't had any issues or past traumatic experience. NF suffered a lot, his songs made us feel him. That's the thing WE feel HIM. That's the strength of music and I'm sure NF is gonna surpass if he hits mainstream. He however has a cult-like crowd so.. I guess he gonna just stay in his own lane at his pace.

I'm gonna try to say the main points that I think are most important 1. He's himself, he's no one else, not tryna be anyone else but himself, I really appreciate that about him 2. He doesn't swear, he doesn't swear which makes him appealing to all audiences, but I think his words and sentences are even more powerful without swearing 3. He doesn't identify as. A Christian rapper and says that no ones perfect which we all needa hear sometimes 4. He's mysterious but in a good way, he keeps to himself but his true fans will understand that about him My favorite songs by him: All of them, thank u for ur time ♥️

noone and noones are not words. They are not even acceptable abbreviations. "rly" as really is acceptable because it is less letters but says the same thing.. while noone is the same number of letters but looks like it should be pronounced "noon". Someone who understands the lyrics of an artist such as NF should understand this very simple concept. But while personally some abbreviations are acceptable, NF himself doesn't use lazy abbreviations such as "Tryna" or "rly" I feel like he should expect more from his fans.
