Cottonmouth should do fine. I dunno what happens when capable actors ruin charactors on-screen, but if he's directed properly and it's in a way that encapsulates the Blade fans enjoy from the comics, plus incorporating his own turn in the boots of an actor that portrayed him previous it'll be its own thing.

My biggest problem is that you really aren't saying much about blade, when it comes down to it. No offense but I feel before you did this video, you should've did more research and had facts. It would have been better to list his skills set first, then break down key elements how this would work. People saw a date of birth in an old comic from 45+ years ago and they think that date is set in stone and that Blade is an immortal half vampire. Blake's date of birth was never meant to be set in stone and he was not originally created to be an immortal half vampire. Blade is supposed to be in his late 20's to late 30's.

Not the video i expected, but still enjoyable. Blade has displayed mesmerism (Ultimate universe) and the ability to transform into a bat. (Avengers of the Supernatural) He already has a mixed bag, but clearly doesn't wanna use those powers. Also keep in mind that vampires tend to grow in physical and magical strength as they age. As long as someone doesnt snuff him out, Blade shouldnt die of old age. I think he could usurp the throne whenever he wants tbh. Kill Dracula and drink his blood

I liked blade when he was just a normal human who is immune to being turned into a vampire and his frantic desperation was made him lethal and not a form of “day walker” sort of stuff that the movie created and had seeped into the comics. Especially since the editors at marvel comics never bother to link those two eras of the character together.

I kinda wish vamps were done like in the V-wars books and comics, where different ethnic groups actually became different types of vampires instead of the standard Dracula type vampire. Blade would be completely different that way as a Dhampir. He could be a type of half African vampire such as a Asanbosam/Sasabonsam, Adze or Impundulu.

I always wondered when we would get an all white Avengers team. To have an all black avenger steam, in the standard Avengers team has a population base proportionate black to white ratio so where's are all white team at. Just seems a smidge racist to have and all one color team for 1 race not 1 for the other
