As a blacksmith myself i got to say props to ya man, really like the design, and love that you only polished the bevel of the knife only, always been a fan when some roughness are mixed into knifes, kinda tired of all the blacksmiths that never try anything new, so love it :)

im always looking to share knowledge thoughts and ideas to other knifemakers and craftsmen and always looking for new contacts in the knife world because im a firm believer its how we keep our traditions alive and our work and designs fresh and new by getting perspective of others that work on these things as well. One of the best things i did for myself was to go to las vegas to the knifemakers invitational and enjoy getting to know other shops and makers also engravers and even jewelers that made ornate jeweled knifes it was amazing and made a lot of good contacts and a few friends out of it as well.

Ah, I see, I totally agree with you! I don't know any knife makers personally (well, not ones that forge anyway) and have always wanted to get to know some around here! The problem is no one really forges around my area only stock removes. Anyway, take care and best luck with business!
