White puts legitimate accusations that can be fact checked on equal standing with easily debunked fake tweets, and her personal interactions that are completely irrelevant beyond attacking character- such as the accused having left a ‘vomit emoji’ on her Instagram. This disgraceful excuse for reporting on serious topics is not an attempt to hold ‘woke’ people accountable for their actions, it’s a barely covert way to push the agenda that trans women are predators, with a #notlikeothergirls flair. I humbly request that you not use Blaire White as a source for news and information on anything, as she has demonstrated no change in her bad reporting throughout her KZbin career. If you do, fact check every single word- thoroughly. And for the love of sin, do NOT flood tip lines or law enforcement services with information that you got from a KZbinr- ever. Yeah, it wasnt just anything with the URL either. People re-created her test (including putting in the most right leaning answers for the questions she skipped over showing her final answer for) and none could get the same score she showed as hers. During one of her "apology" tours for spreading misinformation about a trans woman lifter i brought this up in a comment when someone was saying Blair has never lied. My comment was deleted by the next day and i think i caught a posting ban. It had to be a manual ban too because i was super careful to avoid the words she might auto-black list. Something she does a lot to avoid people talking about her past transgressions in her comments.

I found myself having this argument with a dude in a pub about Blair’s White because he insisted that she “Tells it like it is”. He would not hear any arguments to the contrary, or any evidence that she was, in fact lying. He also misgendered her a bunch. I think he might’ve actually used the phrase “one of the good ones”. Blaire is absolutely aware that she has no such urge to do such. She is also absolutely aware that none of her trans-women friends have any urge to do such. And she knows explicitly that if she presenting as she does enters the Men's Restroom then *she is the one at risk of being raped*. So, when she continually advances the idea of "Bathroom Police" to inspect the genitals of everyone to ensure they go into "the right bathroom", she is actively making a claim that requires intent and desire to make. If she were genuinely "getting all [her] information from within a politically-biased filter-bubble", she could still point out "I am trans and I have never raped anyone's daughter in the woman's restroom" as proof that most of the time when trans people go into a bathroom it's to genuinely do their business and get out.

Your analysis of the US medical system at 09:30 is spot on. Not exactly subject relevant, but as a minor example, I recently had back surgery where I had a small piece of my vertebrae removed and some surrounding tissue, a procedure that took less than 1 hour, cost me $5500 out of pocket, not including the physical therapy that came after and the post surgery medication I needed. ($30,000including what insurance paid for). I can't imagine what more serious and necessary medical interventions would cost for those without any or even decent insurance. It's just absurd.

I've been in pain for a decade, after a motorcycle accident, while serving in the military which took the pain and just stacked more on top of more. It's a struggle to stand if I sit in a chair for ten minutes, and getting out of bed in the morning is an exercise in barely being able to suppress my pained groaning... Getting help for this kind of stuff is a nightmare, because every 6 months or so, I'll go see a doctor and they'll prescribe me a week's worth of pain killers and I get a week of bliss where things don't hurt anymore, and then I get months of feeling shame because all I want is to not feel that pain, and I worry that the desire to feel the blissful lack of pain is a sign of addiction, but the pain just grows for months... The system is fucking stupid, and I've been lucky so far and been able to modify my life to help keep from hurting as much as I can, but most days I just want to break down and find someone who will sell me something for the pain...

Also , THANK YOU for mentioning the fact of HRT also having an impact if SUDDENLY STOPPED, I'm trans masc, and because of the laws going around my original provider suddenly moved and more hoops were put in place (Even for adults !!!), I already had to endure a sudden short stop due to catching covid, after this though I had to stop for a little over half a year because there were no options, it wrecked my physical and mental well being suddenly going from the hormones a cis man might have to, for a while low hormones, to back to having higher E levels and having changes that took a year+ REVERT, it has been traumatizing, and since I was stealth where I could be, started to endanger me since now I'm often clocked in a very unfriendly area. These narratives about demonizing HRT or making it sound both more permanent and scary that it really is is NOT for our wellbeing.

Cross sex hormones ARE permanent. Some effects will not change if going back to the correct dose of hormones your body naturally needs. Taking cross sex hormones can cause infertility, painful orgasm, heart attacks and much more. ​​@@sometimesawful okay but the argument here isn't for children, the argument here is the fact that a 16 year old who counts as an adult in many other countries and surprisingly not the US for some reason, an adult is what they're making jump through hoops, and if you're an adult you know what the adverse effects are going to be, your provider will explain this, you have to go to counseling before you even get considered for hormones. as a transgender male myself, even before all of these stupid rules were put into place, during my transitioning there were many Hoops to jump through. they also had to make sure that you would be able to sustain hormones in your body by giving you a lecture about your health, weight, and making sure that your mental health is in place before you take hormones. you need to do more research and talk to more transgender people to understand the process before assuming that it is only children we are trying to Target and it's not adults that are being affected by this. it's kind of disgusting and it starts getting very annoying when people make it sound like we are pedophiles when in reality we are literally just trying to change our lives for the better.

last year I was doing the same thing, first I figured out about antifascism, and how blanketly it's painted as a bad thing, when in reality there are many different ways of approaching the subject. I got into skin/punk subculture for a little while, still love the music but I find the label to be a little divisive considering most people don't know the history behind it. anyways I got into a podcast called "I Don't Speak German" a KZbinr called Shaun, and the rest is history. the political thing came before any kind of religious deconstruction, but first I had to accept that there's more to life than what I have been told.

It took me two weeks to see a doctor. I told her "I'm trans" and she believed me, without requiring any "proof", and she wrote me prescriptions for Estradiol and Spironolactone. It took two more weeks for my insurance to approve the Estradiol. So, in total, that's zero to HRT in four weeks. Meanwhile, in the UK, I believe that the waiting list to get a first appointment at a gender clinic is something like 5-20 years? 4) What is going on with Blaire's hoodie??? 5) Ceiling fans can be used in winter to distribute the warm air and prevent it from collecting close to the ceiling. However, the fire is probably decorative and isn't really being used for heat anyway. (Blaire's video was published about three months ago, so it was probably filmed in August, in the height of the Texas summer heat.)

The horrifying dystopian medical system of my country screws everyone except the ones selling the drugs. I have to have anti-convulsive meds epilepsy, migraine meds, and pain meds. I've had to go off all of my meds for a month or two at a time on several occasions for various reasons. It's usually because the insurance company changes something or messes something up. The other common one is the pharmacy will "forget to order it" which we've figured out is code for "we don't feel comfortable filling pain medicine because of addiction". Having seizures and being in pain for a month at a time just because the insurance company decides to stop covering something or the pharmacist has a personal moral dilemma with it sucks. I can get through it, though because it's usually temporary. I cannot imagine what trans people have to go through when their meds are cut off for good. Though, I might soon find out because of the opioid crisis, which is a real thing and should be solved, has ruined it for legitimate pain patients like myself. I have trigeminal neuralgia which is nerve damage in the face, jaw, and neck. It's nickname is "the su***de disease" because it's so painful. But there are people calling for a ban on all opioids, period. And if I don't have a Keppra once a day, I go into all our tonic-clonic seizures. They're not cheap. I'm rambling now. But yeah, the way you said it was perfect. Horrifying and dystopian.

My situation is just another example of not targeting the source of the problem. If we had better mental health care that could help people with addiction and better identify people who would become addicted, the opioid crisis wouldn't be a crisis and legitimate pain patients wouldn't feel like they're doing something wrong by just asking to fill their prescription. It's the same thing with the trans drugs. If the system actually worked and was set up to help people, none of these problems would be nearly as bad as they are.

I know it was a tangent, but a fan doesn't cool a room, it just moves air. Heat transfer is a lot more efficient when the air is moving (convection), so if the air is cooler than skin temperature you shed more heat and feel cooler even though the air is the same room temperature. It can also speed up evaporation of sweat and cool your skin. But a fan can help spread warm air more evenly through the room, so it's not uncommon to have a ceiling fan running in winter, and a lot of space heaters have fans built into them

Yes! Fox News (Entertainment) has done exactly that on a huge scale. I am subscribing to increasing numbers of these fact based, critical thinking channels, where opinions are clearly acknowledged as such, to do my minuscule bit to support the algorithm. I'm actually glad you brought this up, I started watching her videos when she started covering trans topics because I was mid-transition myself. Ok Eli isn't against going to doctors. It's a form of harm reduction, for people who are unable to get care because either because it's been made illegal or financial reasons. But if you can go to a doctor and are covered by insurance then that is preferential. What are the concerns here. These aren't potentially addictive AFAIK, like ritalin can be. They're not liable to extreme adverse reaction or have major contraindications AFAIK. Testosterone is associated with adverse outcomes in weightlifters, but they also take like six times the amount that's taken for HRT (in cis men) so it's unlikely someone taking it for HRT would accidentally overdose. Unless you've got reasons to think people taking HRT are likely to abuse the substances I'm not sure what the danger you're seeing is.

Great presentation, a nice supplement to Jessie Gender’s. People like Blair are very painful to a being such as myself, a Star Trek reference. I am glad you played her on fast speed. It's like ripping a bandage off fast. I am not an expert on this but, looking at the lighting, I would guess that it is green screen done very well. The lighting on Blair does not seem to be consistent with the room and my mind’s interpretation of it says it looks like a green screen image. Could be the color on Blair vs the black and white background. If it is green screen, it looks like the room would have been filmed out of focus giving the impression of the focus point being at the presenter’s location. So that would be a very nice green screen presentation. Also, a fan can help circulate the heat that rises to the ceiling to even out the warmth in the room. I have read that the ceiling fan should be pushing the air toward the ceiling for best effect in winter. A feature to look for in a fan if you live in a cold environment.

I believe ALL drugs should be decriminalized and let humans do WTF they want with their bodies and lives, as long as they aren’t hurting others in the process. When I was 15-16 I watched Blaire White and I thought she was great- because I was naive, young, living in a conservative home, and had no idea what my beliefs were (most of my beliefs I’d adopted from my parents). When I look back on her videos now, at 21, having grown A LOT since then, I’m like, “Yikes.” Blaire White is also extremely disrespectful to people’s appearances, and she continuously pedals this idea that we don’t need feminism in our society to her very conservative audience. She also has made so many trans kids feel terrible about themselves. When I was watching her, I was questioning my gender identity, and she held such strong beliefs that I was like, “Oh, she’s a trans woman, she probably knows what she’s talking about. I should probably just identify with my birth sex.” Years later I feel really misled by her- and even more confused about my gender identity than before 😂. She does so much harm to people.

I might be wrong, but I think you are missing the point with the first section, the HRT stuff. I don't think Blaire has that big of a problem with people sharing their hormones. I think she is operating from the standpoint that the person wants to give meds to young children who are not necessarily trans. Like, I really don't think Blaire doesn't want trans people who can't get HRT to not get it. I think she is concerned about children being given meds without parent supervision/knowledge and/or without a diagnostic and prescription.

It’s difficult to even take anything you say seriously after you called yourself cis. But let’s dive into the facts: With the Eli situation, you skimmed over the fact that she literally posted on her social media that she’s ordered 4 times the amount of hormone medication she needs so she can give them to trans minors and that she has. If it’s any other medication that an adult is giving a minor when they are not a doctor, and they’re openly prideful of doing so, and calls themselves a “proud criminal”, it would create massive backlash. But because it’s hormones, which-it’s been proven that they are not completely irreversible with zero side effects, it’s okay? She’s not advocating to heavily vet individuals and request their medical records (because that would be illegal considering some of these minors wouldn’t know about HIPAA and would give them to her) to confirm they have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria and have seen psychiatrists to give these free hormones either. On her Twitter she was basically saying any minor can tell her they’re trans then have hormones sent to them. Eli is not a physician or a pharmacist and it would be very irresponsible for someone like that to be given power to use their ideology of immediate gender affirmation and transitioning of minors and give drugs to them. Not to mention that she has ALREADY GIVEN DRUGS TO MINORS AND ADMITTED TO DOING SO HERSELF. It is absolutely insane to me how you or anyone can twist a fully grown adult admitting on social media to getting extra prescriptions of drugs and giving them to minors and wanting to continue doing so on a larger scale and saying that that’s anything but drug trafficking to minors. Insane. And you have brought up the issue with our healthcare system which it is completely true that we need to fix a lot of things. However, that does not mean free healthcare is the answer and is the perfect solution to the issue. Canada has free healthcare and as much as that sounds great, the hospitals there are critically understaffed and staff are overworked. People wait an incredibly long time to see a physician for even simple things. Not everything is covered as well. Affordable high quality healthcare should be a human right but free healthcare for all is not the answer right now. Also, multiple people have come forward accusing Eli of sexually assaulting them with their personal stories. Not just newly made Twitter accounts. Strange how none of this is mentioned in your video when the entire time you state that Blair does not do her research. And of course, as the white savior liberal you are, an issue you have to bring up is Eli (a horrible person) is misgendered by someone who is sharing horrible things she has done to people. A person being misgendered doesn’t make them not a 1) disgusting person, 2) criminal, 3) sexual assaulter. And it’s not the biggest issue here at all.
