When I was young there was an old lady that lived near us. She knew my mum liked this song but she couldnt remember the title properly becuause of her age. She ended up calling the song 'The carpet on the floor' lol.

I was lucky enough to see Billie Jo live in concert last year in Nottingham - I was shocked when she came on stage at how frail she looked - but my god she still has the voice - when she came on stage and started singing "what I've got in mind" she was absolutely amazing!

Met the Queen just a couple of days ago getting off the Enterprise train from de North to Connelly Dublin .Kinda of a Sad day for me returning to work as a good man was being laid to rest. I had the oul iPod on, when I really want cheered up I was listening to the Queen, on my iPod, Philly was singing, Our Jeannie is afraid of the dark, I went up to the queen and asked her to listen to my music, the look on her face as if I was mad,. Philly she soon gained I was fan, just love the women!!

I saw them in concert a few years ago called Queens of country with Lena Martell. What a wonderful night. Billie Jo looked frail but her singing voice was in tact still. But Lena Martell raised the roof. Anyway RIP Billie.
