hesmanification I have just joined my local David Lloyd, and I get access to Blaze too obviously. I hope Dudley has a friendly crowd too, it’s my biggest fear of joining a new gym (my last gym changed its hours) is being ignored by everyone

Do you need your own heart rate monitor or do they provide one?

Adrian Marawa they provide you with one for your first session. After that you can buy one from David Lloyd for about £70
