The torn Achilles free throws will always amaze me, I remember watching it live thinking he wasn't that hurt because he barely showed it. I have see players with the same injury rolling on the ground screaming like their leg just got cut off 😂, Kobe winced and walked over to shoot free throws and then walks off the court. He was not only the hardest working player in NBA history but one of the toughest ever also.

I love KB but I have to say MJ had him beat on that one. KB could make all sorts of ridiculously tough shot, but MJ just handled it with his fade-away, not as fancy as KB, but it was consistent, it was deadly, most importantly, how easily MJ made those fade-away just bust all hope defending MJ. KB's offense was probably more diverse than MJ I think.

Idc what player you believe is the GOAT, you have to respect and recognize this man's greatness. It's a shame that people try to downplay what he has done because they want to argue whether MJ or Lebron is better... just chill out and accept that Kobe has changed the game of basketball for the better simply with his grit and work ethic alone. His skill was always there, but it simply was never good enough for him no matter what he accomplished, and as a Spurs fan, I could never look past the blessing I've had getting to watch the Black Mamba play the game of basketball. Thank you, Kobe.
@tylong63826 жыл бұрын
Stewart Bowers This is exactly how I feel about the MJ and Lebron debate. People need to stop disrespecting one or the other when they argue who’s better; they both changed the game of basketball and will forever be remembered as legends, just like Kobe
@hangtime1046 жыл бұрын
I had to realize thats just how it is today with social media... everyone Is fishing for likes and saying the most ridiculous things for it. the only bad thing is its making people start to believe those ridiculous statements and grab onto those beliefs without ever actually doing research or watching how great a player like kobe was. its actually really sad that a "nobody" can make a single comment that is ignorant and make thousands of people believe something that ruins a mans legacy like kobe. but its cool cuz the real ones know.

Kobe was special. Truly, TRULY the closest we'll ever see to another Jordan. There will never be another Kobe Bryant. I was blessed to watch Kobe play for the 20 amazing seasons he played in the NBA as a Laker. He is the ONLY Laker I truly admire. I miss you Kobe. I miss seeing you preach about Mamba Mentality. The craziest thing about this ( *great* ) video, is that I remember so many more game-winning/clinching daggers and historic moments (like when he outscored the entire Mavs team 62-61 after 3 quarters). It sicken me when people try to diminish his game/accomplishments in an attempt to exalt someone else's.
