Your efforts to better yourself through your life and lyrics is your legacy. You got me through, more than several times. For this I deeply thank you. @@GEMSofGOD_com well, even if fans could've put it together or did know it was a cry for help from him, what could a fan of done? at least back then, but to claim you know if someone cares or doesnt care, are you psychic? and to be real, it easily coulda gone either way, that the songs were a cry for help putting all of himself and his emotions into the songs or that they found something that resonated with fans so they stuck with it, since he wasnt the only one writing the songs, theres that too

@@GEMSofGOD_com you kinda missed the point i was making, but in a roundabout way made it for me, you were claiming the first person never cared, all i was saying was it wouldnt of mattered if they cared or not, there is nothing one or a few fans could of done, like with addiction, a person has to want to be helped and take the first step on their own, then others (their family and friends) can support them the best that they can

Make it a dirt dance floor again Say your prayers and stomp it out When they bring that chorus in [Chorus] I bleed it out digging deeper Just to throw it away I bleed it out digging deeper Just to throw it away I bleed it out digging deeper Just to throw it away Just to throw it away Just to throw it away I bleed it out I've opened up these scars I'll make you face this I've pulled myself so far I'll make you face this now! A depression never ends it`s part of you for the rest of your Life some can`t hold that for a whole Lifetime. I don`t know how long i can hold it, perhaps till the end of my natural life or till i commit suicide. Every Depression is unique noone knows what comes and goes ahead.

You don't need to clarify it's not for attention. If people accuse you of seeking attention solely because you mentioned having struggles, they are the type that don't take mental health seriously and don't deserve the time of day. it's healthy to be open about your mental health, not bottle it up

Im getting chills on my whole body just by writing and remembering that night. You know, Metallica also played that night, but it couldn't be compared! they only played songs from the Black Album. But Linkin Park... they played the best of the best. Long live LP hail to the god Chester Bennington, lookin down at us from the Olymp.

@thefan16293 жыл бұрын
@@micajohansson1138 yeah you pretty much hit the nail with that explanation. But obviously depression is way too complicated to explain it in a short paragraph.
@Rudan232 жыл бұрын
Just listen to their lyrics and they will explain it to you :)
@deadeyenavigator92332 жыл бұрын
Depression is watching life take away your options one after another and facing you towards hurting yourself, even though you know you shouldn’t. Looking away from hurting yourself and watching more hope disappear, leading you right back. Everything falling apart, like cracks in a castle of glass. Feeling yourself slip from where you used to be, and it not even mattering to you anymore. It hurts, and you want it to stop, but you know there’s only one way to make it stop. Chester understood. Listen to the lyrics, he’ll explain it better than I ever could. RIP Chester, I miss you bro.
