Blend Door Actuator Install

Finally got around to installing the driver's side blend door actuator. The old actuator did move but was not working correctly. Part number is 15-73209.

I changed my actuator when my AC wasn't working over the summer. Now my AC works amazing but only two vents will blow out heat. Now I have to replace it again 🤣

Looks like a gen 1 CTS-V, the door plate has a V emblem and the center console looks like the interior of a gen 1

I am in exact same situation the actuator does move when I change temperature but heat still doesn't work, so gonna try and change the actuator. (Hyundai I40 2016)

I have a 05 cts v and i have the temperature on head with the a/c off temp at 90 also the tem gauge its at 180 and i the air dont feel hot its just warm you have and idea fo what it could be?
