This is my problem. My vent knob won't turn anymore. It would have been great to see you uninstall everything. But I think I can manage. Best video I've seen of this so far though

I didn't have to mess with the knobs. Just that side trim to remove the small vent.

Thank you! What is the white gear at 3:19? My issue is this gear detached. I can’t reach or see in there well enough to fix. Researching before I tear it apart

Thank you! A lifesaver. My motor is fine but I need to reset the arm and armature because I popped it off taking out a mouse nest. Do you see a way to reset the arm without pulling the entire assembly?

2:18 is showing the tab you will have to pull it down or up. The blower motor and top section to the actuator is a 2 peace easier to remove when they are separated.

@@Vignesh-2120 should be heat and cold. The actuator controls the blendoor.

I removed all the screws , as shown in the video. I can able to unlocj the right side locking tab but I couldn't able to reach the left side locking tab at all. Is it possible to push the whole assembly down? It is very hard to remove the blower motor part since the bottom firewall screw pin is resisting the assembly to push it down. How did you remove the assembly's screw hole (bottom) from the firewall screw pin (screw)? Please, advice on this, i really appreciate your help.

@XRP_NP hope you got it started. Maybe something got disconnected

That's not the blend door. That is the fresh air door

To remove that did u have to disconnect the ac or heater core

It was stuck open. After installing everything the car should be on default and work normal
