first select two vertex then press F. Still, it is not working, may be normal issue.

If you want to export this animation in other software then export it in fbx or .abc format.(.abc) format will better.

No its not exporting in right way its going in one direction when exported not rotating on curve.

First bake animation so to do this click on object option then under animation click on bake action then click on OK now export as alembic (.abc) format for correct animation. But, .abc format can not export material but it will export all the physics animation correctly. FBX format can export material but it can not export physics animation correctly.

No I need glb file. abc file will not work with three.js but thank you no problem I will use bone instead for animation.

the cloth simulation for the mid object doesnt woork :-(

If cloth simulation is working for first object then you should duplicate first object by pressing shift+d. So that, both have same cloth simulation setting and it will work well.
