The software interface is not Zbrush?
@Meteotrance2 жыл бұрын
Im actualy impress that you made this without pen tablet, it's a Joy to use pen tablet with the sculpt mode of Blender, a bit different from zbrush wich i think it's a bit smoother, on Blender you need a good graphics card to handle so much polygone, in Zbrush only cpu and ram memory are use, for ridiculous amount of polycount that why im still using it, soon or later blender became better thats a good point for a free software.
@Meteotrance2 жыл бұрын
@@in2vert i switch to almost fully blender for 95 % ot the time , the only paid soft i keep and need was Zbrush and Substance for adding the extra detail, but people can almost texture everything in blender, except making normal map, it was not impossible but complicated ...

Hey! I like how you used the mask brush on the mouth and then created this cavity. I always found the mouth hardest to create. I will use your technique for the next creature I create. . PS: I sucscried to you. :-)

Hi, do you need to know anatomy to sculpt ?
@lostcrusader80532 жыл бұрын
In my experience, I recommend knowing anatomy. You don’t need to be an expert but It’s good to gather references on the subject matter you’re trying to make whether it be a human, an animal or a mythical creature.

do you use graphics pen for making like this?
@Meteotrance2 жыл бұрын
Since they build a new remesher, sculpt became more powerful, maybe i suggest you to use metaball for making the global shape, it's really powerful and so much under use, it make Blender even more efficient than Zbrush, to be honest im. Still using both some tool are more efficient in Zbrush like the radial multipoint extruder with IMM mesh and some are better on Blender, like the udim uv unwraping or the metaballs modeling tool & the decimator on the fly.
@Meteotrance2 жыл бұрын
@@in2vert a very old trick to modeling impossible shape back then, but with the sculpt mode with it, you can have access to another level, it's quick they made an official video about the use of metaballs on the blender community, we can also animated then and color then, but it's impossible to make uv texture, you need to convert then to polygon before.
