this has to be the most robust hand made facial rig I have ever seen on youtube. I've been looking for facial rigging for a bit, and everyone here seems to want me to install expensive plugin's that skip this whole thing, yet this feels like its controlled better and preferable for the animator

Well, it's good for training and learning rigging, but it falls apart when you need to do lots of face rigs, I'd recommend to use this tutorial just as stepping stone and continue researching and d refining your rig skills

Wow. Awesome. Some tips for making tutorials: Speak slower, don't eat the mic. Show the basic set up for one whole bone group before going through with the rest of the rig.

Currently this is best voiceover that i'm capable of, not used to speak English at all, hard to have variable pacing so voice sounds monotonous, as for basic setup i'll keep that in mind

@@JohnSatan Monotonous is fine, you're just speaking so fast I had to run the video at 0.5 speed. The subtitles are very useful though

Nice tutorial, one small comment though: You are mumbling your words. Speak out, speak slowly and clearly enouciate them each syllable. It will make SUCH a difference in your next tutorials :)

Welp, need lots of training for that, English is not my native language and when i trying to speak slowly i'm starting to stutter, but i'll try to improve.
