BLENDER TIP: WIRE MESH (IN SUBSTANCE PAINTER)

Here is a way to create a very low poly WIRE MESH texture in Substance Painter for use in Blender. I used this method when I modeled the window for my INTERROGATION SCENE.
Note that in order for the opacity to work in Blender, you will need to use an export template in Substance Painter that includes the opacity channel and then there is a bit of node work and material tweaks to do in Blender. Follow the link below to see how to do those:

Discovered this myself only a few weeks ago and thinking i need to learn texturing better lol. So much detail can be left to texturing, Dee-Kals ;) and the likes. Id just finished playing around with making a wire frame around a fan to see how that worked out. While the frame wasnt perfect i didnt do UVs properly or play with settings much. But the fan blades could be viewed perfectly, straight through a solid object.
