@feynstein10046 жыл бұрын
+Best Things to See In Life That depends on the number of people involved in the creation. If it were a single person, I think this would have taken at least 1-2 months to finish modelling. And assuming they had a single PC, 4-5 months for rendering in 1080p. Bringing the total to about 6-7 months. But remember, that is just for 3 minutes. To make a 1.5 hour long movie would take at least a year with those resources. That's my most optimistic estimate.

i watched this animation a long tima ago and i just want to discuss about this really good animation and about the details : - 0:47 when we see the barber for the first time, we can see that he has a scar on his forehead. We later realise that he's actually a victime of the mastermind who is owning the undergrounds of the establishement (and we can suppose that he is her first victime because he's actually the owner of the place if we are paying close attention to the papercuts on the walls). that explains his zombie-like attitude. - 1:43 the little statue with the buttons is also a foreshadowing to the plot. the way it opened and the location of the buttons on the head reminds the way brain surgeries are made and so, how the victimes are being lobotomised (the buttons can also represent the control and manipulation of the victim). the scissors picture right upon the statue goes to this direction : it cuts your hair, but also to get access to your brain. - we can see numerous wooden puppets carrying stuff in the barbershop and most of them are tools that you are using for cutting. This can represent the victims of the villain : they are puppets commanded by their leader in charge and bring the what they asked (and judging by what they are holding, not for good purposes).

Who prefers this type of animation over games that try to look totally realistic? I feel it ages a lot better. I can play a ten year old game which is animated/has graphics of this style and it feels much newer/smoother than a 2 year old Call Of Duty.

@raymondv.m42307 жыл бұрын
Well no, metal gear solid aged really well, despite also attempting a realistic design. Visually cartoonish characters age better because they're more bloated and vibrant while realism takes an immense amount of detail that's limited by the hardware. But what determines a game's longevity is its consistency, gameplay, and feel.
@dotnet977 жыл бұрын
On the other hand, a CoD game with this art style would not really have the same atmosphere as a CoD game is supposed to have.
@PayxiGandia7 жыл бұрын
But this kind of stylised graphics dont contribute as much as call of duty in the taks of achieving hyper realism in the future uu So games like cod need to exist even if i dont like them.
