Where do you guys stand on freeze drying fruits and veggies. I have been loving cucumbers and cherries (not together) lately. A friend owns one and I am thinking about investing. Seems healthier than dehydrating but 🤷🏻♀️

You along with Rich Roll are pushing and inspiring me to commit to a plant powered way of living! 🌱 Just a side note- I think the volume on your mic is too high? It’s maxing out and clipping making the sound a little distorted and unpleasant to the ears. If you turned it down a bit I think it’d be perfect 😁

I cant seem to find the answer w any you tubers who have the new j2 juicer and blender combo Is it just J2 blender just as good as vitamix blender?? Or is vitamix still better i see you still have tours didnt get rid of it and keep using it not using the blender attachment…. I had a vitamix for many years and it finally died. So i need a new one.. already have the nama but the smaller one… trying to decide i invest in the nama blender to get the best of both worlds ( the newer bigger easier nama and a blender or just stick w the one i got and get another vitamix… im wanting to go w the nama blender combo but im not seeing the answers im wanting in reviews Tamper?, loud and noisy?, just as good or not? If your able to answer that be very helpful thanks! Love your channel!!

We typically say if you already have a Vitamix, no need to replace, but if you don’t have a high speed blender or juicer, why not save and get the two in one Nama. The blender is definitely just as powerful.

Just a suggestion to buy some LOOP earplugs for you and your kiddos when using the high powered blenders. I find it makes a big difference.

I really like your dress❤! Do you only buy vegan clothes or those made of natural fibers, or not necessarily? I mostly make smoothies; we also have a Vitamix, but I’d like to start juicing too :)! It's one of my projects to buy one! I really loved the video, very informative. In your next video, could you indicate the times when you eat your meals, like the juice, smoothies, and dinner? Thank you! We do our best with clothing, and typically don’t buy any leather, wool, silk, etc, but synthetic fibers are super tough to avoid…not quite there yet, but it is definitely refreshing to find a great organic cotton (Mate The Label has good stuff)! Definitely look into the Nama J2, you won’t regret it! As for meal times, breakfast is usually around 9 (after hydrating with 32oz fresh filtered water), we never seem to have designated lunches we usually just graze on fruit, veg, etc but will make the kids tofu scramble, sandwiches, something like that around 1, and then dinner around 6:30/7:00! We definitely snack a lot too (homemade muffins, things like that).

Great video, thank you! I used to ‘juice’ with the vitamix and then strain it. I have gotten a juicer since then. I do compost the pulp. I like juicing but it’s a great idea to ‘eat’ the smoothly instead of sip ( that is not my favorite) but I’m going to try the smoothie bowl for sure!

You CAN juice bananas, but I dont recommend it. It creates a sticky glue like paste all over everything. I thought I ruined my new Nama, but was able to get it clean. I am on day 28 of juice only. Not sure how you get the Nama not to clog, mine does with some fruits, like cantaloupe and pineapple.

I really love this and wish I could do all this but dont have the machines or all the time to do all this goodies..have 4 kiddoes and its quite hectic around here. Would love you to do a video about what you can do instead than juicing?
