There's definetely something off about Dr. Strange. He's arrogant but he's very responsible when it comes to the safety of earth. He HAS to know how dangerous that spell is and yet he shruged off Wong's warning like it was nothing (I'd get it if this was back when he was still learning magic, but not present-day Strange). I also don't think he would do a mind wipe on everyone on earth unless it was *extremely* necessary. And lastly, parts of his dialogue and attitude in this trailer do not sit well with me at all. "Be careful what you wish for, Parker." my ass, he sounds like the devil saying that. He's either out of characther in this movie or that is not Stephen Strange. I think the latter is most likely to be true.

I don’t think the movie will tell a different story about how the multiverse became reality, my guess is that in the Loki series Sylvie opened up the multiverse and here Strange with the spell gone wrong made the main universe collide with others.

It's like Crocodile Loki will always be killed by Pig Thanos (or whatever he is in that world) just like the main MCU timeline. From what I understand of the show. Small things are allowed to deviate such as Odin telling Sylvie she's adopted as long as it doesn't modify the timeline. My best example is like multiple choirs all singing the same song. They may have different voices and timings, but ultimately the song is the same.

Sinister Six will make an appearance methinks going off this trailer - with villains from across the different spiderman movies *Links to Toby's: Green Goblin (1st movie), Doc Ock (2nd movie), Sandman (you can see a creature of sand in one of the yellow electric blast scenes) *Links to Andy's: Electro (2nd movie of Andy's - but this with original color of yellow lightning), Lizard (1st Andy movie - behind the glass that scares Tom Holland). *Last villain is not shown .... but maybe Vulture from Tom's verse, or they could throw in a new one like scorpion.
