Actually in the comics, Lucifer Morningstar is the 2nd strongest being in the whole DC universe. Only beaten by The Presence, which mean Clark can't kill Lucifer. But Lucifer can actually kill Clark since he can change the atoms and molecules as he sees fit. Which mean he can turn Superman into an apple and literally eat him.

Lucifer (the show) fans are called Lucifans from the beginning, so when Lucifer says "Lucifans" in this episode, it's a nod to the fans of the show, they do this kind of references to real life stuff throughout the show. Also in case you haven't noticed, the title of each episode is an actual line from that episode (in this case Lucifer says to dan in the laugh maker "maybe there is no friend at all and you're the one with the baby carrot")

That begs the definition of true which it's a conversation that can be held for hours, which is why I didn't bring it up, it's also why I used lowercase g to emphasize the difference between the Bible's text and the refence as concept. Needless to say there is still a philosophical argument to be made, and the show itself is using this viewpoint that, true is implying the one that is important/the one that aims true, like an arrow, then it moves properly, without actually denying the existence of others.
