I watched this today and it was definitely one of the most moving and unforgettable films I have seen this year. I think above all it made me just grateful to be alive and relatively healthy and able to experience our big beautiful world. These children (and their parents of course!) are so wonderful and inspiring and I hope even as their condition worsens they will still be able to live their lives to the fullest.

Just watched with the kids 7 & 11. Very good for them to understand so many important things that this family teaches us. Very impactful. None of us will forget these lessons. Praying for them but they're truly already blessed. They have their priorities straight, and have one another. Luckier than 99% of the world, I'd say.

@@prestonestes1388 I keep my statement, people with no money dont have savings, you no if you quit your job at least on my country you are not payd and they are telling a story they tell the way they want, its funny wen they make a "documentary" like this they always have money to do everithing they want but they are not ritch, but still its nice what they are doing for their kids
@AndrewJones-tp7dc4 ай бұрын
@@jonhaxe3738 What's your point? Broke people can't do this for their children? Okay everyone already knows that. Are you petitioning for those who are poor/ have children who will possibly become legally blind to be given the funds to take their children on a similar experience? I'm certain one of the reasons why the experience was documented by National Geographics was to suplement the costs incurred. Why can't we just focus on the positiveness of this experience, why do you feel the need to bring up a fact, that families with no money, can't give a similar experience to their children. The world already knows life isn't fair.
