I'm really getting sick of seeing this. I work in HR. This blanket statement is not true. The purpose of HR is *NOT* to protect a company from its own employees. That's horse shit. The companies where that is happening - like Activision, Blizzard, Riot, Twitch, the list goes on ... - are high-profile corporations that don't know what the fuck they're doing outside of cranking out franchises and media events and don't see people as individuals. There are PLENTY of companies where the HR department actively advocates for their employees. Unfortunately, those companies are not the ones who are (deservedly) being sued and publicly shamed, usually because they're not huge in scale or household names. Don't lump every single HR department in America - and CERTAINLY not worldwide - into the same awful category.

Its totaly the same in the Music industries and movie industries for more that a century. It's literally a part of the business culture. You completely want to fix the American culture ? Public schools should be monitored more. because bullying and the American social circle /Social caste is literaly the USA identity lul. It's good to dream, But the only way to change a country is to destroy it. It's good to dream, But the only way to change a country is to destroy it / be totally invaded by another whole culture. No country changes on its own.

I would not be too pessimistic about it because it would be a false statement to say "they will always get away with it". If we could stop terrorist leaders then we should be able to get these trash arrested and sentenced to prison. This is happening because a lot of people, even ones outside of the company are ALLOWING it to happen by giving their money to them and not hard spamming hate mail against them or not sending their government reps to attack Activision Blizzard.

@@user-Cata7sti7ma7 The United States have basically turned into an irredeemable crumbling empire that only cares about money, the only salvation it can find is in its own destruction, for real, they are all about freedom yet they endorse and create dictatorships at their own convenience, the usa deserves to fall.
