It's an adaptation, but it has a lil rip off into it, basically the creator of this show was a fan of South Park, but south park was facing criticism in the middle east due the depictions of the prophet Mohammed s.a.w.s, anyway, so basically the creator of the show asked permission from Comedy Central to make it as an Arabic adaptation of South park, and it was greenlighted. Although, it's not legal by either America copyright laws nor Kuwait media marketing.

I think that’s why Kenny says what he says in the intros. it’s also canon that South Park has lore and Kenny realizes when he dies. Kenny was probably just an innocent thoughtful kid before he got sucked into the death loop. But let’s be honest though, Kenny probably got falsely influenced by Stan, Kyle, and Cartman to act and cuss the way he does today. Also notice that Stan says “they” killed Kenny.
