Awesome videos! Tip with holes saws on plastic or pvc! Drill your pilot hole and then put the drill In reverse to get the saw to start cutting a groove then in forward you wont break as many pilot bits

Or you drill with the pilot bit without the holesaw first. They usually always break once the pilot goes through and the holesaw hits and grabs.

I predrill with a 1/4" drill bit, and have a blank 1/4" rod in place if the pilot bit on my hole saws. No fuss, no muss! 🇨🇦

I think it's very interesting the drain was full of specifically blue colored plastic. Perhaps an Australian Bowerbird was flicking them down an opening somewhere? (They like collecting blue objects)

I predrill the drill bit hole with a 1/4" bit ( use metric size if you need to ) before using the hole saw ..that takes the stress off the bit in the holesaw as you break it from the shock of the bit exiting and then the holesaw slamming into material.... then you can ease into cutting with the holesaw less medieval ?? also helps to get your hole where you want it on surfaces that aren't flat or tend to cause you to wander from your target !! 🧐
