Good thing this property got its annual colonoscopy! Dr. Oliver and his Drain Addict crew to the rescue!! Ollie, I remember the vid where you showed an inventory of your van's tools. Cool to see behind the scenes. If you take special requests, perhaps some day would you make a vid of your end of workday process? Or does it all just dry off where it sits, or lands? (ps: re: orange gloves: after your gloves get torn up to heck n back, why do u keep them on? I do love the satire angle of keeping them on, just wondering if it's a trade ordinance or somethin. Ok that's it bye!)

@@tubester4567 It is, but the bolts offer a perfect frame of reference to the bog's position. No need to guess, just line up the holes. Plus no one says you cannot use silicone on a bolted bog.

@@DinnerForkTongue As I said, its a modern thing, most Australian toilets are bolted down or concreted in. There are hundreds of models of toilets. I just looked it up, this is an american standard heron toilet. Here is the exact toilet, that is only siliconed on the base. kzbin.info/www/bejne/g3arkIaFq9hnb7s Only difference is the same pipe is bolted to the wall but the toilet is not.

This issue is similar to when I first got my new flat 7 years ago and one of the contractor came knocking on my door saying the unit above us is experiencing a blockage while using their washing machine. The guy comes to open up the pipe located just above our washing machine to remove debris from within, possibly during renovation works. In the process it dirtied our newly painted wall which have to be repainted with a slight off-shade and worse still, the falling debris slightly damaged the exterior of my new washing machine. If Ollie was here, none of this would've happened.
@samuelnason85852 жыл бұрын
Hello from New Brunswick Canada, what unusual toilets, never see them here where i live, ours has the output on bottom of toilet and uses wax to seal it, from leaking. You always have good videos, i watch them everyday. Good Job as always.
