The blonde guy you referenced in the sparring clip didn't gave ego his punches weren't that hard the black guy was the one with ego he swung with high intensity the cause of his anger might be the fact he learned into the Uppercut that hit his nose and did some damage which relatively shouldn't but despite that his defense was still great. My evidence for this case is that when the blonde guy punched him his head didn't wobble around like when the black guy hit him meaning it wasn't hard as well as him moving in a moderate speed. Regardless great video and good discussion on the matter you do have a few points I can agree with.

it does you need to use it with foot work like ninjitsu style, also people dont know this but samurai would never clash swords, the would use skill to end instantly

Yeah they wouldnt clash sword, because they would use polearms in battle.
