Watching this today to prepare for tomorrow!! Who's with me?? 🤩 Edit 1: Oh man, just finished day 1 and I'm sweating like CRAZY. Great job to those of you who finished and good luck to those who haven't started!!! Let's stay strong, stay committed, and stay motivated during these 2 weeks 💪 (imma be updating this everyday to record my journey) Edit/Day 2: Came back here to say that I killed day 2, which was leg slimming cardio pilates combo!! Still my fav workout combos of all time 💪🔥 Day 3: WOOHOO CARDIO GLOW UP BABY ✅️ Day 4: Arms done!! I'm amazed at how amazing I've been feeling from the inside out, I'm loving this challenge a LOT 💖 stay strong u guys!!! Day 5: Done ✅️ (also marks one year since I first started this fitness journey with Cassey after discovering the 7 day ab challenge) Day 6: 🍑✅️ Day 7: POWER WALK DONEEE 🔥 I was feeling a bit down from personal problems in my life and I thought it was not going to get better anytime soon. However, walking to Cassey's playlist of empowering songs really helped boost my mood 🔥 Day 8: And round 2 begins!!! Just finished this video and I could definitely see some differences in my butt and shoulder work, I'm getting a bit stronger than I was last week!! 💪 Day 9: Leg day done ✅️ Day 10: ✅️✅️✅️ Day 11: I've been studying for AP testing in high school, and I'm HIGHKEY stressed but exercising really helps make me feel more relaxed!! Arm day done ✅️ Day 12: Got home after a day of school and shopping, and man was I TIRED. Still got waist whittler cardio and pilates done tho ✌️ (gonna eat cake afterwards cuz I can hehe 😈) Day 13: ✅️✅️✅️ Day 14: Last day of the hot girl summer sculpt done!! This was actually such a fun experience and I had so much joy completing this! I've definitely felt a lot stronger than I was when I started out, so thank you Cassey!! Can't wait to do more challenges in the future 💪 and good job to those of you who made it to the end as well!! Yall absolutely KILLED IT

I'm oddly sooo excited for this. I've been REEEEAAAALLLYYY struggling with health and body image. Not only have I gained a very significant amount of weight but Friday was a wakeup call as I found out I had to be put on blood pressure meds (I'm only 30 and used to be very active because of my job but covid changed that and left me with crippling anxiety, depression and diagnosed OCD). I know this is probably gonna be soooo hard the first few days because I've been so very sedentary and cautious for about 10 months (because of covid. I was already high risk before the blood pressure issue) but I feel like I have to get through this and do this for myself. As dramatic as it sounds, it does feel like it's now or never. I have to make a change. I truly hope these next 14 days catapult me into a healthy routine again because I really need a win lol. Thank you for this Cassey!

I did the workout today just to get a feel for it, and I loved it! The cheerleader Abs worked so good, and I loved how it burnt each part of my abs. Thank you Cassie for making these workouts so fun! Listening to you talk throughout them is what keeps me going, and your workouts are by far my favorite 💗 Update: The 2nd time I did it (today) was much easier! Okay come on Cassey, this is frickin marvelous! It's absolutely ridiculous how much I'm sweating and how sore I am right now. I was thinking "oh, I know! I'll look up a nice full body Blogilates video for a morning workout, should be a nice little jump to my morning before my virtual onboarding call for my new job." I really thought I could just do a lil pilates, nice lil stretch after, and be ready to sink into my couch with some paperwork but NO. I FEEL LIKE I CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS AND SWIM IN GLACIAL WATERS. Who needs to go to work, I just want to keep working out now and take a shocking cold ice bath after XD Lol. Love you girl! Thank you so much for your work!

I had a recent trauma with nerve damage in my right arm. I have been medically cleared and encouraged to exercise- but I have been afraid of the pain! I was worried about today’s workout, but I nailed it! The pain wasn’t an issue at all! Thank you for helping me strengthen my body and for giving me a workout that worked WITH my body!

I lost lots of muscle during the second half of covid lockdown phase when I fell off the wagon and completely stopped working out. I’ve been tentatively getting back into exercising again for the last 3~4 weeks, putting aside my ego and starting with super easy beginner friendly routines and gradually working my way up to the regular workout routines I used to do before. This challenge came just at the right timing so that I can stay motivated and committed, and I appreciate it a lot. This workout today was challenging enough but not extreme, which I liked!

This is SUCH a wonderful 30 min total body workout. It’s not hellishly intense, so I did it today despite not feeling like working out. But at the end of every body zone (thighs, arms, butt, core) you feel a great burn that makes you feel accomplished!!! Tip: have a pair of heavier weights in case you want them during the arm section.

I’ve really been connecting with your message lately. I used to be pretty on top of my fitness game and felt so happy and energetic. About a year and a half ago, my mental health started to decline, depression all of the sudden got much worse, and I definitely lost my “Why.” I had lost over 50 pounds...and now I’ve gained 25 of it back and feel very unconfident and uncomfortable in my own body. I don’t really expect my body to change in 2 weeks, but I am hoping that this helps me find my Why again and feel like the hot girl I am! I know I can’t be the only one who’s gone through this. I pray everyone doing this challenge finds a little piece of themselves that they love, and are motivated to continue to explore just how strong they really are. ♥️🙏

Loved this! For those who use an Apple Watch- what type of exercise are you selecting before you start? I used functional strength training today but I'm not sure if there would be a more accurate one out there? :)

What a great total body workout! I am so excited for this challenge! I found you at the end of March and you made me want to get more active! I did the entire April calendar, the 1000 ab challenge and now started the May calendar and the summer challenge! I have never worked out consistently in my life but you make it so enjoyable! You are a bright light and I am thankful I found you! I feel so much stronger!!
