Just take the stock speedo out and make a plastic plate to fit the ebay gps speedo in the cluster, and wire three wires.

can you make 500 hp if you put a turbo on a non turbo om606 on stock internals. or do you need to buy the om606 with turbo

The N/A engine cant handle any power at all. Find a original turbo engine.

I hope you heated those wheels or they will crack, not so good welding on cold aluminium wheels. Preheat and then weld.

There are many opinions about this, but when welding the front lip there are no worries about cracking, and if a wheel cracks in the rear barrel they goes in the bin. I have welded many wheels on the rear barrel also for others but i give no warranty. None of them has cracked again though.

Wonderful work :) Can i ask what fuel pressure you have with the fuel system connected like you explain between 5:41 - 6:28 ? I have the fuel system connected almost like you do with O44 lift pump and i have fuel pressure more than 4 bars which is too much even with regulator on the lowest setting :( I have changed the banjo bolt for one with bigger holes on the return side of the injection pump but it is still 3,5 - 4 bars. Only diffrence from your system is that i have the return hose connected to fuel filter like it is from factory and then to the regulator. Will the fuel filter by-pass lower the fuel pressure ? Many thanks.

I recommend you make the return line go like i described, and i have to shorten the spring inside the regulator to get it to 1bar fuel pressure on idle, and then it rises with boost pressure 1:1
