You have a cool build, but I don’t understand where you got 2.014% total more damage in PoB? if you cast any other spell (31 lvl) the damage is reduced tenfold.

for anyone who wants a cheaper build, you can go for blazing salvo instead of firestorm, the amulet will be a lot cheaper and you can get +2 proj on the chest for cheap as well. It does most of the damage while being (imo) better for mapping,

@@Topaz723 i swapped out concentrated support for gmp if i am mapping, for bossing i wouldnt change anything from the original build, as for returning projectiles, i haven't tested it since i swapped out a ring for a nimis, like big ducks newest video. Also, iirc if you just want highest dps numbers with pob, if you try to add a new skill, it is always sorted by dps

I have just leveled it like each scion there was a guide on YT how to level the scion you go with holy flame totem together with rolling magma. On top i used decoy totem for bosses. It was a straight run thru and almost deathless. I skilled the mostly damage nodes and then i did the transition into fire storm. I have also just killed the Chimera with lvl 82@@katesuma211

Tried this build as my third, and final build this league. It was quite amazing at deleting any bosses quickly. Very nice, and having notes on crafting some of the gear was very nice as well. (I never got into the crafting system in PoE, it's a bit like Ford Fairlane put it "Crafting in PoE is like masturbating with a cheese grater. Slightly amusing, but mostly painful" so having those notes that helped a lot).

This feels like a really solid template for a life based Inquisitor - you could easily just swap out all your + gems to firestorm for something else and it would be pretty baller

No doubt, but only really works well this league. Without tattoos you would be lacking both life reservation efficiency, most of your spell block chance and most of your attack block chance. As well as losing skill gem levels.

Nice build guide, Made me really happy with this as you've given me something new to work with for my own build. As a Armageddon brand user myself that uses firestorm as a secondary ability this video drew me in. Your talent tree and gearing process are already very close to what I had so adapting will be relatively easy. The big difference is that I went with Elemental overload and you went for crit with the Rathpith shield. I was still struggeling to find a reliable way for crit as I knew a crit build would ultimately deal more damage and this build defenitly gives a great direction to go in so thanks again. Why do I mention Armageddon brand? Well, I started out my build a few leagues ago with a similar intention. I just thought Firestorm was cool and wanted to use it. At first I used it as my main skill but after days upon days of fiddeling around in both PoB and ingame I found that both Armageddon brand and Firestorm scale in a extremely similar fashion and therefor synergize incredibly well. The true power of both Armageddon brand and Firestorm is that they are very flexible as long as you have some base cast speed to mitigate the "clunkyness", There is just a point where all of a sudden they go from... "meh", to "fantastic". Feeling wise that point is around some 75% cast speed from gear and talents combined. In my experience though Armageddon brand is the better "main skill" as it deals similar damage but has way better clear and gives the added bonus that you can walk around while they do their thing. Both skills are absolutely fantastic to proc stuff due to their multiple hits over a longer duration but here I thought Firestorm was better as the supporting skill as FS seems to deal notable extra damage even while on a 3 or 4 link supportive setup I'm definitely going to try and combine our builds for the next league and make a arma brand oriented one. With your take on it I know I can make mine even more tanky and lift the dps to new heights as well.

Guys, the amulet price has gone into stratosphere, but remember that there is an alternative rare amulet/dagger in the pob which results in the same dps, you'll just need to get 30 int somewhere(3 less valako tatoos)

I've tried anomalous conc effect + 4 stacks intensify + lv1 awakened spell cascade on cold snap. It does constantly hit 5 times per cast on maven and sirus(3.16). Maybe just a few more investment on less area and firestorm can do the same thing

Couple questions on this build ... 1) Is there any other skill other than fire storm for clear that you recommend? I heard you say bodyswap which does seem like fun (i.e. spell flicker). Is that the best? 2) Would demon stitcher gloves be worth while for cast speed, life, and ES? Seems like ES recovery not needed though. 3) Dissolution of the flesh work for this? The 30% more life seems great, but unsure if the reservation would be too annoying.

Love the build so far great explanation. Its my first time using blood magic, but not sure about the reservation. Should it be 55% or above. Becacuse i have exactly 55% unreserved. I have the 7 Kitava Shaman tattoo's and Dragonfangs Flight amulet with +15% efficiency. Not sure what other reservation efficiency i am missing though. Gems aren't 20/20 yet but that shouldn't make difference right.

OI i used your build as a base in 3.23 and used armagaddon brand and HOLY SHIT I KILLED SEARING EXARCH! SOLO that was my first ever kill on him and i only invested like 12div into it it worked so well! I kind of thought i failed completely as i died in maps to 100 emies just raw dogging me but bosses like shaper are a joke i facetank him. but sometimes his lasers just nearly kill me and i cant explain how. but yeah thank you for the amazing build (my version uses the warlock ascendency with the "Sanguimancy" perk so i dont need the life reservation tattoos plus the other two connected to it and then just add energy shield for more Life)

It feels soooo good to have a self-made build work out really well using some very off-meta ideas, and it seems this one turned out to be INCREDIBLE. Good job man, it was fun watching this build come together live on stream! Definitely going to give this one a try. Another nice thing about this as well is despite the fact that you said the amulet will get expensive, that might not end up being a problem. Since your build is scaling massive amounts of generic spell damage and crit chance, any fire spell can realistically be slotted into this build and work really well.

you can craft +1 all spell +1 fire spell, mana reserve on helmet and you will be also fine and 100% get better amulet with good rolls royce and u will be fine x) especially on ssf

Thanks to your build I had an idea for another one. I used your PoB and changed some things. Biggest change was to "Chieftain". The build has now 90% ele res, 75% all block, unreserved 6k HP and 1.5k ES with over 4k recovery, 22m dps and and eHp of 500k. Besides that it can tank ANY critical mechanic (regarding to PoB), even Maven memory game. I try to get all stuff needed to test it ingame to report how it is working, but if you want I can send you the PoB.

@@MythBLG nah, wasn't meaningless talk, but I deleted the PoB on accident TWICE and was to lazy to make it a third time. Is the league still going? If yes, you should buy/farm "+1 max fire res" and "attack block" and "spell block" tattoos to make this kind of builds. I remember that being important and as a note, I normally don't PoB with mirror tier items, non-unique items are used with 2-3 mods (excluding implicits and stuff), so I see what I get at bare minimum.

in 3.23 would you recommend taking Champion ofg the Cause + the life reservation mastery (and remove some points like resostances and iron will for example to make up the difference in skill points) to make up for the loss of tattoos? THis would get you to 56% unreserved life. Your thoughts would be appreciated :)
