I really think Ynarri should have a tally like epidemius where the more dead models on the battlefield the more powerful their melee becomes. Like first is +1 strength, then re roll hits, then re roll wounds. And then they have a feel no pain save to account for their ability to resurrect, similar to SoBs and their prayer power.

This kind of lore reading is perfect. I really enjoyed this. Putting it on whilst painting and glancing up to see the images whilst taking in the lore. I would definitely enjoy seeing more on this!

What an amazing play list you've compiled here. As someone new to the Verse of 40k and Warhammer in general this was both entertaining and enlightening. I've only recently begun to delve into all things Warhammer and finding this channel has been one of my greatest discoveries. So very well done, now I must temper my exuberance and try to slow my consumption of the content but highly doubt I will. So please keep bringing this content to us and I for one will happily keep watching...

Serious question from a noob to the new lore: If Yvraine gets murdered, can't the God of Death just pop her back again? I'm assuming there's some kind of caveat/limitation but since I don't know what it is it seems, to me, that the only characters who need worry about death less than her are Perpetuals.

So the god of death wishes Drazhar back
@MrSpeedy293 жыл бұрын
So is Drazhar a female now? Or will the spirit in the Armor alter her to a male? Either way, I thought it super lame that they killed him in this way. Some sort of trap or misdirection would have been better suited. His combat skills are way too insane for him to lose in a straight up fight, even if it was more like a 1 vs 2 due to the extra power Jain had.
@prettycoolguy32063 жыл бұрын
In a way he was mislead. He was prepared to fight another Phoenix Lord in single combat, but didn't know she also had the power of Ynnead buffing her until he was unprepared and outmatched.

Gods in fantasy stories are more fascinating to me than the standard God stories in traditional religion. Whether in Warhammer 40k or other fantasy stories. They give me an introspection on faith and beleif, and reality. In the fantasy stories, I'm writing. I have a rule when it comes to Gods and that is. Whether a pantheon of Gods or a universal Mono God. There are three beings that have the capability in killing Gods. One is this race of warrior God Slayers that I'm writing and the other two are Wizards and Dragons. I really like the concept of if you give a Wizard enough time to learn and understand the ins and outs of creation and reality for tens of millions of years, and if you give a Dragon enough time to age. They too are capable of tackling Gods. I love Dragons and Wizards I think they are the most awesome beings in fantasy. I am definitely not a fan of the Genesis story where Yahweh gives the rock bottom and stone-cold stunner to the Leviathon Dragon. I just love Dragons so much I find it a great sin to murder one. So the way I perceive Dragons is the older they get the bigger and more powerful they get. The same thing applies to Wizards to an extent but their power upgrades are different. They mostly obtain their power through obtaining knowledge. So if you have a Dragon that is billions or trillions of years old. That Dragon will be much larger than a planet and could definitely hurt or even kill a Mono God like Yahweh. Or if you have a Wizard studying to understand all realities from the microscopic to the cosmically big for hundreds of thousands of years or even millions. Then that Wizard can definitely take down a god like Zeus. Another rule I have for both Wizards and Dragons is their wisdom is just as mighty as their power.
@baldermort4 жыл бұрын
91481 H2 I know what you mean. I ran a RPG game for about 4 years where everyone was actually a child of a god, hidden in humanity due to the war. Angels and Daemons were wiping every other ‘house’ of gods (read, pantheon) out. It was a corking laugh. :). I hope the writing goes well. Do remember to give them all a weakness. Just makes wizards or dragons more fun. Yep, I play a wizard in RPGs if I ever get the chance to actually play. Which isn’t often. I get GMing duty all the time. :(. Moan moan. Lol. :).
