BP and Diabetes are big business in the country . Some dictors scare patients with death or disability because of these illness and many peoole get trapoed and start treatment taking medicines. There's no fixed reading of blood sugar and also bp during 1980s. Its the interest of pharma companies reducing these readings to bring under the ambit of diabetes and hypertension.

BP varies with time of the day. When you get up in the morning you BP May be high. If take reading after an hour BP May be down to normal. Again, after food if you measure BP, it may be high. Evening after walk, BP May be high. At night, before going to bed(one hour after food) your BP May be normal. If you take reading with a BP monitor, always ignore first reading. Take two more readings with a gap of 5-10 mts and average it out, that reading is your actual BP.

Blood pressure is intelligent system of maintaining required bp to circulate every organ known as essential bp. 120 / 80 may damaged kidney due to less filtration of blood and non removal of body toxin . 🙏 sir , I humbly say that I do not agree with you entirely 🙏 1stly why shld we be so emotionally dependent on children, doesn't our sanathana dharma teaches us detachment? We giv birth to children out of our biological pleasure, and obviously we become responsible for their upbringing and mak them capable to survive in society, doesn't our duty finishes at that point , we should be sensible enough to plan our old age properly and try not to be financially or emotionally dependent on them . We should learn from nature around us , birds animals , they jst detach when time comes .. don't mak your children villan for your selfish reasons! They hav all the right to lead their life career anywhere in the world , you hav video call facilities, talk to them , be friendly with them , don't burden then with tension of looking after you, they will definitely be in healthy communications with you , I hope I cud put my point clearly, pls don't curse your children, give selfless unconditional love to them , they will always respond 🙏

If you think living with a peacemaker is healthy then good for you. That is what the doctor is saying. Be happy. He never said don't eat non-veg. He said if I were you, I would avoid it. As he said, every individual is different and his/her vitals would be different. The examples of individuals you have quoted - do you know their lifestyles? Just because someone was a Dum Biriyani specialist does not mean he was hogging on biriyani every day. Our death is pre-defined and cannot be defined by lifestyles. A healthy person may die young and a sick person may live longer. How we live when we are alive is what matters.
