If you want an umbilical cord do NOT kill Iosefka until AFTER you kill Rom the vicious spider. Then when you kill her you will receive 1 of the 4 cords for the ending cutscene

3:09 after reaching a certain point in the game, Iosefka's voice will change. This is because she has been replaced by the celestial thing at 3:09. Any NPC sent to the clinic can be found again. The bodies, changed into some kind of monster.

This video was great and all but you left out some rather important details here, friend. First you didn't mention how the gate to get to the carriage could be opened. I had to do a bit of exploration and some brawling here and there with both executioners a pack of dogs and those crazed lunatics. Secondly, I had NO idea I would have to get into a mini boss battle with the Hemwick witches. Granted it was a fairly easy fight, a little heads up would have been awesome. Other than that the video was pretty helpful. Couldn't activate that damn cut scene till I wiped the floor with that raggedy old hag(s) though -_-

I'm pretty sure you have to kill the Witch of Hemwick in order for the Carriage to appear,because I got to the Hemwick Charnel lane (only after defeating Rom) and the carriage didn't appear,while I had the Cainhurst letter in my possession. I killed the Witch of Hemwick and left(using the boss lamp). Only now,after watching your video,did I go there and the carriage showed up

Actually if you haven't previously opened it you will need to make your way around and open it. Near the gate is a beast wielding fire go near it and on the left is a path down follow path when you get to the elevator go left instead of using elevator follow around and when you get to the rooftops move around the side to the near the destroyed bridge and drop off the edge by the bridge kill the dog beasts and go to the gate and pull the lever. Hope I helped you

First run Vicar Amelia was a bitch... but the 2nd cycle through... she is super bitch. I had to spend all my blood vail, Numbing Mist to through at her when she trying to heal... i spent everything to past through her so i get the password to go to Forbidden wood (so i can follow the dog glitch path lol) but i succeeded after maybe 50x tries to get behind her.
