I don't think he's going to upload it to youtube but you could find it in his past broadcasts www.twitch.tv/elajjaz/v/3971365 The run starts at around 53 minutes or so. Note that it's 2 hours ingame time; real time about 2 hours 20 minutes.

I always respected the dedication it takes to speed run a game but on the other hand I can't help but have the "Good for you" reaction. Personally I feel that speed runs are a great tool for developers to see where there might be bugs or glitches they missed or just didn't know existed.

Fun fact! I don't know if this is a glitch or not, but if you use the Holy Blade 2H R2 when Rom is teleporting, if you stagger him, his teleportation will cancel and you'll be able to get more hits on him. He won't attempt to teleport until he's down to half HP, and he won't have used his AoE or his Gem Rain attack yet. I don't know if you can stagger his second teleport, as I haven't tried, but the biggest downside of this strategy is the fact that the spider summons from his first teleport rain down at the time he does his second.

a few things I learned from this run: I like this lobos fella =3 subbed! The sinister bells sound like the mindflayer chimes from demons' souls, and the one reborn also looks like a fusion of Tower Knight from demons' souls and Gaping Dragon from Dark souls when it comes to level design and then boss appearance respectively :P

Close to the beginning, at the part where you say "Those molotov's hit for a ton, they must have high arcane!"... The oil that you're running through coats you in basically the games version of a giant "Oil Urn", like your throwable item. There is an icon that pops up in the upper left part of your HUD that tells you when you're covered in that stuff :D

Those molotov cocktails hit so hard in forbidden woods because you're standing in oil. Try using a weapon without fire on the crawlers in the oil, then use fire on them and you'll see a difference

Good run. Could probably change the Skip split to include duping, then just hit the split when you head back to the Forest. Won't save time, but no worries about missing the split again when focusing on duping.

hitman1762 1. When you die you temporarily lose all of your current Blood Echoes (souls in the previous 3 games), you can retrieve them later or if you die again, they're gone for good. You don't lose anything from your inventory or storage, BE are the only things that you lose 2. Every Souls game including BB has a level cap, all stats to 99 would be the cap, the exact number I'm not sure 3.When going to NG+ you keep everything you had on you and in your storage, all stats, etc. You only lose important story items such as Umbilical Cords, keys, shortcuts, et cetora

Can someone let me know how to perfectly pull off a Visceral Attack? I know you're supposed to Shoot just before they hit you, but when EXACTLY? I tried it on Gehrman and I fail most of the time :(

Certain moves can be countered. Usually there very specific times in which your bullet makes contact and how far along in the attack animation there doing. Try shooting them mid attack (when there weapon is actually moving towards you) but some moves as far as I can tell can't be countered.

Yousuf Malik This post is probably dead, but the best way I figured out how to parry is to shoot them right when their attack is about to land. For example: The giants holding the rocks raises their arm to swipe downward, shoot them just as their arm is descending.

To be honest, with the way load screens are in this game, I think it would be perfectly fine with IGT as the measure for WR. It might be problematic when the time is so reduced that it is down to seconds between runs, but it's ridicules, 5 minutes of loading with afaik a variation in the load time itself is just dumb. That's the power of next-gen folks, time to go home
