Who would of thought a song could bring back so much! If only we knew the majority of us would get swept up in the heroin/pill epidemic and so many of those great kids I spent my youth making memories with would end up battling their demons and losing. Why did we have to grow up?! RIP to all the ones that we couldn’t keep and too my youth who’s memories I hold onto so close to my heart! You never forget the neighborhood kids you grew up with! 🥺😔🤘🎸

Hot damn, still one of my favorite bands of all time, their songs never get old. Yeah, its mostly innuendo, and sarcastic pseudo-punkery, but thats what makes it so good to me. And the variety of style they explore throughout the years. I know a lot of people only like this one, and the "Discovery Channel song", but they have a lot of real bangers. If anyone is interested, I highly recommend "Kiss me where it smells funny", "Three point one Four", "Yummy down on this", "Balls Out", "Uhn tiss uhn tiss uhn tiss", and really anything off the first four albums is excellent. Memories of a smiling teenage me, driving around, blasting the bloodhound gang on my system, good times. LONG LIVE JIMMY POP.

The funny lyrics aside, this song always makes me feel kind of melancholic. This was their last hit (kind of, besides Uhn Tiss) and it feels a little bit like the end of an era. A late goodbye to the 90s/early 2000s and all ouf our youths. You could never get this big with that kind of lyrics and live performances in the age of PC. This song reminds me how great the times of careless fun have been, but also that they're long gone now. But it feels comforting to remember once in a while. Cheers!
