GSP is also no joke, guy is what UFC need, a nerd who got bullied in school was never good at anything but trained, got better and is super smart. There are a lot of people who should be stars in MMA but don't become so because they did one thing in their life which they were good at. GSP boxed with a boxer, he stood up with stand up fighter and defeated wrestlers at their own game with no shyit talk, while having a funny french accent, they always surrender right

GSP is even higher rated in my eyes for how he came back from losses... he was so green VS Hughes first time around but the return fights were the total opposite. He evolved as a martial artist so much faster and schooled multiple generations.

This was the best documentary about GSP (after "The Striking Truth") that I've ever seen. Sometimes I thought GSP was a bit overrated but the guy deserves everything that came to him. He is a real marshal (correction: Martial) artist and he is the perfect example of an intelligent, focused, humble and talented fighter.

Honest to God, I found this video about three years ago and I tend to watch it about once every three or four months ever since. GSP is such a beast and the sport is so lucky to have had this amazing man represent it. Not to mention how lucky the UFC was to have Georges as its champion for so many years, showing people that hard work and respect truly DO payoff in the end and you don't have to be a trash-talking asshole to make it to the top. I am forever a Rush fan!

Bloodsport is the greatest martial arts film ever made! Funny, badass and great soundtrack. Also, people really don't give Van Damme a lot of credit. I think he inspired a ton of fighters just like Bruce Lee did if not even moreso than him. It's awesome to see someone like GSP in this game that admired Van Damme growing up and even fights a lot like him with his flexibility and moves. Good stuff! Every young guy was a Van Damme fan back in the day. I own all his 80's/90's films and still watch them today!

Honestly I have no idea how there's any argument to be made for another GOAT besides GSP. 25-2, both losses avenged, insanely high profile competition (best competition out of any MMA record), 9 WW title defenses, retired on top. Fedor has fought cans and lost few too many times (don't get me wrong his highlight and his run is amazing) Silva got busted for roids, lost to cans as well, and has 6 losses. Yes again, crazy highlight and very entertaining fights. Jones busted for roids. (still an insanely talented guy, and I'd put him as GOAT if it wasnt for the roids) Aldo, good record, but didnt avenge either loss and fought much weaker competition than GSP Literally unarguable, anyone who does is a fanboi.

We show ourselves who we really are as we live our life, sooner or later we see our self enough to face it or hide, run, and rebel.. and talk shit, and play up. Conor is a great example of good guy. But he was seduced by ? his own ego.. the true enemy. Fear itself... which is.. choice and then eiher bad luck or you deserve it for being an ass.. He deserved it. Khabib smesh.

There was always this argument regarding who's the true P4P GOAT, GSP or Jon Jones. Well, with Jones now testing positive for PEDs, I think we can finally settle that debate. GSP is the true GOAT. It takes more than just talent to become the greatest.

Mighty Mouse is a good argument, but the flyweight division has never been as stacked as the welterweight division is/was with high level competition, but he truly could by the best. As for Silva and Jones, they both have popped already, and put a dent on their entire legacy because you never know whether they've been juicing this entire time or not. Don't get me wrong, Silva is a huge favorite of mine, and for him, after that broken leg, I'd like to believe that it was just a one off for him, but he has undoubtedly tarnished his legacy. And Jones is a POS guy, and he has much more physical advantage than any of the other guys in the argument. Yes he does have skill, but he popped too and has had shady results in the past so, I don't think he's a part of that debate anymore.
@shantam7778 жыл бұрын
True, you have some good points there but I guess the title of GOAT is subjective. Indeed, MM and Silva are possibly the greatest as well, and definitely Jones is too, but I guess I just can't get myself to like that guy. So yeah, guess we both have our own opinions about this one.
@siggijackson28788 жыл бұрын
yeah, and the often appearing hgh gut of GSP or his sudden departure right before the implementation of USADA tells otherwise too. Conclusion: Jon Jones = Steroid Fraud GSP = Steroid Fraud Fedor Emelianenko = G.O.A.T.

When George leans into his jab, it is beyond effective. He throws his entire body into it after doing this fake relaxed lean, then whips and snaps his entire weight and momentum into that off angle jab. Then add his combos with the kicks, the head kicks, bull rushing takedowns like a pro NFL linebacker tackle, the superman punch. He, for the time was really cutting edge creative and insanely diverse with his skill level of every aspect of MMA. It's actually crazy to think how well-rounded GSP is.

Absolutely brilliant mix of Bloodsport and UFC fights I've ever seen, from the recreation of the Bloodsport opening scene to the use of the name boards, just perfect. Great job. After watching this how can anyone not consider GSP the Frank Dux of the UFC, and also IMO proves what a joke Anderson Silva is/was. He was almost like Chung Li, too cocky for his own good and also very lucky in most of his close fights/wins.
