Thanks bud! I have a U.S. cutter 24” vinyl cutter. SC model. They’re actually cheaper than a cricut. A little less precise but a lot bigger.

So I've been doing designs and using the same things u do. My question is when u take off the vynil to mask the design or just take off the vynil after apply design do u ever get small splinters from the boards that come off? I've sanded with 320 grit and 400 grit before applying vynil to design. Any help thanks

Hey Ruben, yes. Aggravating. Especially with Baltic birch. Try pulling at a sharp diagonal angle slowly. Never with the grain. Heat gun helps too. Someone just started a thread about this in our Facebook group.
