Excellent! Like the point that learning is not linear. After developing mission critical - safety critical training for grizzled vets, many times we go from level 1 to level 3 briefly and then back down to level 2 for a more in-depth learning.

Can we depend on Bloom's Cognitive? How did Bloom come about this structure - valid?, reliable? The web site example - #4 analyze sounds like "plan" but comes after "apply'," not a path to success. Any comments appreciated.

You should avoid "be able..."; instead you might use "students will define... students will explain..." and so on.
