For anyone besides me that is seeing this in 2023...KEITH HAS RETURNED. AGAIN. Countdown is now a podcast on iHeart Radio. Recommend that along with The Jim Rome Podcast, The Reinvention Project (also with Jim Rome), and the Drama Queens podcast w/ Sophia Bush Hughes, Hilarie Burton Morgan, and Bethany Joy Lenz (even if you're not a One Tree Hill superfan, the conversation between the three of them is exhilarating, hilarious and they finish each other's sentences as if they really are triplets of different mothers (to paraphrase a Dan Fogelberg album title.)
