Bloopers & It's that season again???

So here is our KZbin bloopers reel. It has bloopers going back about a year or so and we hope you enjoy them as much as we did making them. We are off to the IND in Haarlem this coming week for our resident permit biometrics. If you have a place to suggest for lunch, throw it out there and we'll see if we can't make there. I have to be honest...I never thought moving to the Netherlands and making videos for KZbin as an expat would be so much fun...BUT IT IS!!! Moving to Holland (the Netherlands) was the best move we ever made!

If I may make a suggestion for a trip, Alkmaar is very beautiful. We have an old town with a windmill in the center of the town. We have a forest and kinderboederij just outside the center. A beer museum and almshouses. And on Friday the famous cheese market and much more. I think you will really like it here.

Hi Tammy and Eric, I love watching your video's. I have a suggestion for you. Why don't you come visit Maastricht, my hometown. It's a beautiful city with lots of great places to have lunch. And not only that,haha...If you need a guide, just let me know😂

The herring is good every year. Its a very fatty and healthy fish anyway. They usually wait with the new 'harvest' if there's still too much stored from last year. That's why you'll always find "Hollandse Nieuwe', regardless of the time of year.

I understand you with the herring. I eat all fish, fried, smoked, boiled, I eat it. But herring? Brrrr. I've tried it a hundred times. I feel left out of the whole herring thing. No herring party, no "have you tasted the herring yet"? no "the herring is good this year", no waiting in line at the herring stand. I wish I like herring. Maybe I should try again.

2:12 Haring...really is not raw. It's 'gekaakt' . Fermented in the enzymes of their pancreas, which is initially not removed when the fresh fish are gutted right after the catch, and brined. In streetstalls that still clean the fish when you buy it, that's what they remove. The pancreas.

Just don’t go to fast with the haring putting in your mouth at once. Why not go for a broodje haring first? So good. And you get to ease into it a bit. Later you might try one, sliced up. That’s the way I eat them anyway.

Looking for a taalcafé, have a laugh, going to the toko, perhaps Spanish Harlem for a nice sausage, what about a mild fujet, and eating Chez Nous, crash course Javanese coocking, a better bistro you can't imagine. Laat even weten als je op Haarlem afkoerst (afstevent), doe even een belletje, had ik dat goed gehoord? Ik ben er subiet. Zoeken we een taalcafé op, lachen, gezellig, gaan we naar de toko, misschien Spanish Harlem voor een lekker worstje, mild fuetje, en natuurlijk eten Chez Nous, spoedkookcursus Javaans koken, een betere bistro vind je niet. Zeg nu zelf: belletje toch veel leuker dan drop me a line. Of fuetje, lekker Hollands kneuterig. Doe ik het weer: in twee talen. Stom. Zachte heelmeesters, stinkende wonden. Eric: het is d'doei en niet doeyie doeyie, dan komt Scooby Doo om een koekie vragen. Kort, zoals het Engels is: Hár-ry and wín-dow, dus je moet het kunnen. Het spijt me, ik moet streng zijn. Veel liefde zit 'm in een gepaste hardheid. Doeg en doeoeg zijn ook goed om de saaiheid en afgezaagdheid van dag en dáag te doorbreken. In gezellig zit ook de betekenis van kneuterig. Zie MijnWoordenboek Engels kneuterig. Tot zover uw cultuur- en taalles van uw cultuurfilosoof in bange tijding.

De haring waarover jullie het hebben noemt men "maatjes"! Maar ook het mosselseizoen is gestart. De Zeeuwen kweken ze en Vlamingen eten ze (bijna) allemaal op. Dus om mosselen te eten moet je de grens over. Op naar België!
